Honestly we've had a good time at Rimini, a good part of it was because of the lodging, the other part was the good weather. The staff and owner were very kind to us throught our stay. The owner accomodated our needs even going out of his way to do it in our native tongue, an extra effort that was very kind. He was also among the few that actually read the optional part of the booking where we requested certain accomodation specifics and promptly answered on all channels. It was something rare as most just check the thing and at site you have to go through it again to remind it. The food was delicious and the selection to our liking, the pasta was great every night :). You can ask for seconds at dinner or lunch and they change the menu dailies. In our stay you could get something new every day if you wanted , or try 2 plates a day if your stomach can handle it. The room was clean and was maintained clean throught our stay. It was 'proper clean' with good scrubs around the important parts, clean sheets and no dust or mess in the corners or the lesser used spots in the room. I was very pleased on the very good job. I noticed that in small matter or detail they go the extra length to ensure its pleasent for the guests and while the rating is subjective it was to the extent that I thought "yes, nothing to complain about, i probably couldn't have done better at home". They have a terrace where you can spend the evenings if you want some peace and clean sea air.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, with very lovely people working here. Breakfast was amazing, they were able to accommodate my celiac diet and had gluten-free pastry ready for me, and there was also eggs, yogurt, ham. Most tasty coffee for breakfast, and I appreciated the possibility to eat outside on the terrace. The room was rather small but very nice and with everything that I needed. Very comfortable bed. The room was cleaned every day. Beautiful beach is nearby, it is paid but there is a discount from the hotel. Bus stop is very near, it is possible to get to Rimini center. Also it was possible to borrow bikes from the hotel for free, although I haven't done it myself.

The balcony facing the church also faces the basketball field where young team is training almost every day until midnight, so it was not as quiet as I would prefer. The railroad is also not far and the trains are passing by including during night, but this is probably an issue in the whole Rimini Bellariva area.

Location is very good. Near the sea and shops and cafes. View from the window for silent street. There was a huge balcony. The room was cleaning every day. Breakfast is normal - different fruits. Everything was good. All that you need for good family vacation you can find in this hotel. You will have additional discount for beach #96-98 and restaurant with see food not far from hotel. Price is correspond to quality.

This hotel should definitely have 4 stars!! Rooms are very clean, stuff very kind and the food is best! Very good location near to the beach. I have never ever eat like this. SO GOOD. Dont hesistate to have dinner and lunch in this hotel. Raffaelo, Liana and other stuff are very kind and grateful people❤️. They are always willing to help no matter what. Thank you so much!

The breakfast was very good and the staff very nice.

The gentleman at the reception desk probably scratched my car a bit when she moved it. He didn't admit it. I asked for dinner, he could offer me a fee, but he didn't.
