The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was small but comfortable and they had additional pillows if required. The breakfast had a lot of options and the food was tasty and plentiful. We did not eat at the restaurant at the hotel, but were given a discount coupon to eat at partner restaurant which was a good recommendation. Parking was a little further away than expected but the staff were very helpful in this regard. This area (Rimini) is very beautiful and worth a visit, and the hotel is situated in walking distance to the beach and many restaurants

The bathroom is really small but it did the job. The room is better suited for two people than three.

This is a lovely small hotel run by a super friendly family. We did not expect much, most 3 star hotels, even 4 * hotels in Rimini are pretty similar and this was a very competitive in price, but it absolutely exceeded our expectations from the first moment on. Received a fantastic aperitivo after checking in the afternoon, small snacks, olives, bruschetta, juices for the kids, prosecco for the adults. What a welcome! While the room is little outdated - like most hotels in Rimini built like 30 yrs ago (I think they took over from the previous owner recently) but super clean! And trust me, as I am really picky with hygiene and I was still satisfied. The breakfast is above Italian average (where you usually get croissants, jam cookies and sweets), they try to have most things like in "continental style", real egg omlette, ham, vegetables, etc... coffee as you wish. The staff is exceptionally kind, they listen to your needs and want you to feel the friendly 'family atmosphere'. We might come back soon! :)

Very nice ans friendly people Kitchen was closed, but we tasted some of their very good food Garden is very nice for children (little playhouse, football, Roller...) We can really recommend the place

Room is maybe a bit too small for 2 adults and one 3 year old (if you want to spend some time in the room) but maybe they have bigger rooms- i didnt ask

The value for money is excellent, and the breakfast selection was extensive and offered something for everyone. The owners and staff were very friendly, and you felt completely taken care of. Add to that the wonderful location, just a three-minute walk from the beach. Parking is available on-site, but you can also find a spot in the surrounding streets (depending on the season). All in all, I highly recommend it.

The best place to stay with children I have ever seen! The staff (waiters, maids) is very pleasant, always ready to meet the wishes of the client, and what about administrator – you can find she at reception at any time of day or night. The breakfast is very varied, there is everything you might want. Until the evening, we did not even think about food. Cozy patio with a children's area, jazz (and only) music, excellent service. Our room was small and at the same time very comfortable and cozy. Very comfortable location – you can reach shops in 2 mins and clean beaches at Adriatic Sea in 5 mins walking. I’ll surely visit this place again and hereby I recommend this excellent and hospitable hotel.

A 5 stars for the service, hospitality and degree of professionalism have the hallmark with "First class" written all over it. Vito and his lovely family, his employees and colleagues seem to genuinely love what they do and I can assure you that they do it very well, while feeling naturally at ease. I command them for the quality output that made our experience very enjoyable at the Belsogno. Would highly recommend as Remini is a great place to be. Hats off Vito 🙂

Perfect ratio of value of money - I don't think you could find better than this. I visited in the April so I cannot rate the beach and related facilities but the everything else (especially hospitality) was superb. I really felt appreciated and almost part of the family. Grazie mille to all the staff!

The rooms are bit outdated. The hotel is far away from the Old town - it takes about at least 40 minutes on foot to reach it. On the other hand you can use the city buses to travel around the city.

We are very satisfied with the hotel and especially with the staff, everyone is extremely kind, pleasant and ready to fulfill your every request. The breakfast is excellent, the food in the restaurant as well and the Aperol in the garden is fantastic 😉 The hotel is close to the beach, parking is safe, rooms are cleaned every day. Everything was great and we had a wonderful time, we will probably come back next year.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon our arrival we were greated with a tasty aperitif. Overall, it was a good experience.

The shower: there is no tray for the shower, it is separated from the rest with only a curtain, i.e after each shower the bathroom was full with water! A modernisation will be required!

I think this the type of place, where you come back again. Stuff is so lovely and welcoming, that I never met such people before. We arrived few hours earlier and they still gave us breakfast and let us go inside the room once it will be clean! Room is okay, all the facilities inside. Tram stop and sea quite near.
