A small family-run hotel only a minute's walk from Bellariva metro stop and less than 10-minute walk to the beach. The new owners were extremely helpful and very friendly. The bedroom had everything I needed, including a small balcony. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was perfect and necessary in this heat. One minor issue was the shower head, which was situated between the toilet and the sink. However, I had an economy room; other rooms have cabin showers. The breakfast was good, especially the homemade cakes, and there was a very good selection of sweet and savoury food. The owners gave us suggestions for good restaurants in the area, and we were able to get discounts at those restaurants. Highly recommended.

Everything was great, especially the attention of the staff. They were very attentive and caring, and with a genuine positive attitude. Breakfast was good, with nice cakes and fruits available every day, along with other treats. The hotel was clean and conveniently located not far from the beach. You also have access to a bike, which allows you to explore the area for a couple of hours. As a woman staying alone at the hotel, I felt safe. I highly recommend going there to support the owners and their continued commitment to great hospitality.

Nothing all was good

Fantastic place next to the beach and amazing staff! We didn't have many expectations about this hotel (or Rimini for that matter) so we planned to stay just one night during our road trip in Italy. We regret not staying more! When we arrived, the receptionists Emma and Guenda were extremely friendly. Guenda offered us a delicious espresso and we got into a great conversation. Guenda told us their family has bought the place and they started renovating and want to provide a great customer experience to their clients. They absolutely did! We talked about our plans for the day, and she provided a lot of information about the city. That night we had an amazing stroll on the rent bikes they offered! We had such an amazing evening/night biking through the boulevard and the historic center. The room was a bit outdated, but included everything we needed. The most important being airconditioning, which was great during the hot summer night. The next day we had breakfast and talked to Guenda’s boyfriend Eugenio. Again, extremely friendly and sympathetic. The breakfast was delicious, very authentic and included homemade cakes from Guenda’s mom, it can’t get better than that. They prepare the coffee there fresh for you, no automatic machines. From what we understood, the hotel has a new administration and it is now run by the family working there, and they are slowly renovating everything, so don't pay attention to old reviews. Our recommendation is: if you want to support a family business with the friendliest family members and great service with a great location next to the beach, go this place, you won’t be disappointed.

The hotel is very near Bellariva metro station and is only 5 stops away from the train station. There is free on-steet parking in front of the hotel and in neighbouring streets. The manager and his co-worker girlfriend were extremely friendly and helpful during my stay. The room was very comfortable and good-looking with a balcony which is convenient for hanging up washing. An Italian breakfast is served, although it is not that varied.

The walls are very thin that you do hear the next door guests, especially if they are watching YouTube on their phones. I had to bang on the wall one night at midnight to show my displeasure, but they did then switch the phone off or turn off the speaker at least.

Everything was just perfect 👌 very hospital owners who are very pleasant and ready to help you with any small things 😀 rooms are cleaned every day, and in the morning you will find the perfect breakfast which is served like home. The hotel is very close to the beach ⛱️ 😎 and all the shops and restaurants are around as well.

The hotel is a real pearl of Bellariva and Rimini. The owners and staff are super nice and we felt really welcomed. The rooms are clean, comfy, and air-conditioned, maybe a bit outdated, but still in very good condition. Special thanks for amazing breakfasts and homemade pies that stole our hearts every day. Absolutely great value for money and a place to come back. Located no more than 5-6 min from the beach, it's a bit hidden from the crowds, but very close to Metromare (super easy way of transport to get to Rimini). This family-owned hotel is a perfect holiday choice in Rimini!

Not super modern furniture, but that's rather an area of future improvement than something we didn't like. Everything was great :)

The value for the money was very good. The hotel staff is amazing, very helpful, kind and warm. They even offered mosquito spray to deal with the challange. The location is also nice and close to great facilities.

There were no mosquito nets at the window/balcony door, and we got bitten. There was quite noise outside and the balcony needs a sound proof window. The neighboring restaurant was throwing empty bottles in the garbage at 4-5 am in the morning. Also the beds were not very comfortable.

So impressed with this hotel. The location was just great,in a really lovely location with an amazing gelato shop 1 minute from the hotel and the beach was a 5 minute walk. The staff could not have been anymore helpful or friendly,they genuinely were just so lovely. Breakfast was a feast of delicious handmade cakes and croissants and the blood orange juice was the best. I Will definitely return and would highly recommend.

Traveling around Italy I was hoping to stay in a family hotel with all the warmness and home vibes it can suggest. I imagined it differently but staying in Ardesia hotel gave me even better impression. Very friendly and caring stuff not only to us but also to our dog. People really love what they are doing and put a lot of their soul in it. Home made cakes and pies for breakfast, delicious coffee (even Americano (lol)), clean rooms, nice patio to seat in the evening under the grenade tree etc. Very nice location, just few minutes to the beach but far enough from the city crowds, nice restaurants around which hotel provides discount cards for, always available parking lots. Fruit market and the the bus station nearby. We enjoy our stay a lot!! Our best wishes and a great Thank you to the hosts Gwenda and Eugenio!

Cozy hotel in a quiet location close to the beach, very tasty breakfast. It is a family business and the hosts are really professional people who made made us feel very welcomed. The hosts speak various languages, one of them speaks even Estonian:) We were able to discuss our further plans in Italy and they gave us a lot of useful tips. When we plan our next trip to Rimini we will definitely book this hotel!
