As the manager of a 4-star hotel, I have a sharp eye for detail – and L’Hotel impressed me from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The team was exceptionally attentive, remembering our room number and personal preferences and going above and beyond to make sure we felt looked after. Our room was spotless every single day – no dust, no dirt, fresh towels daily, and everything perfectly in place when we returned. Breakfast was a daily highlight: fresh, delicious, with plenty of variety and authentic local specialties. Any request was handled instantly, and the recommendations we received were spot-on. From the immaculate pool to the perfectly kept grounds, this hotel is run with care and passion. Honestly, it deserves another star. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Rimini – and that’s coming from someone who knows the industry inside out. We will come back in 2026!

Nice, clean hotel, near beach, near bus line to Rimini and airport. Nice breakfast, friendly staff.

If you wanna beter coffee, you need to pay, if you wanna baby bed, you need to pay, if you wanna use pool you need to pay. Thouse extra payments anoying and for me it not normal pay extra for baby bad 8€ per day, when that baby crib cost 50€ to buy in shop.. Coffee on breakfast terrible.. if you staying longer, food starting by boring. Because each day food same.

All was great and as described. Good price for value. Nice, clean room and super friendly staff. Used the pool/wellness for 15€/day because it was raining and it was a great decision - very well equipped with saunas and hydromassage, extra tea and water, perfect for relaxing.

Staff were very welcoming and very friendly. Specially the gentleman at the reception.me and my family felt very good in this place,breakfeast was amazing everything was perfect ❤️❤️❤️

Theres not enough parking spaces but it was ok

I liked everything about the hotel the location, cleanliness, comfort, and especially the amazing staff, particularly the reception and cleaning teams.

There was nothing to dislike.

Modern, clean room, we got a free upgrade, the breakfast buffet is really good with the classic Italian sweets plus eggs, fruit, bread, veggies and more. The staff was exceptional. Loved it! We didn’t see many other guests and the city was empty as it was low season but L‘Hotel made our stopover really pleasant.

The rooms looked very nice and clean, staff were very friendly and polite.

When we arrived we got given the wrong room but after going down reception they quickly sorted out the problem.

There is nothing to stand out. Everything was on a level.First of all from the staff to the rooms, swimming pool, massages, saunas and jacuzzis. Also, the food was delicious and fresh.Thank you very much for everything.

Breakfast was nice, with appropiate selection, the staff was nice, supportive and aswered all our questions. Walking distance to the beach was 3mins walking, the beach bed possible to book in the hotel direcly with small discount, very appreciated.

All was fine, very clean, the only minor point to fingerpoint is to repair the small leakage of the shower toward the bathroom floor, but this is just because you asked me to mention something :-)

Staff were very helpful. Close to beach and shops lots of shops

Only problem is parking. But got it solved in the end
