The accommodation was great, that is, in terms of the ratio of price and quality. The hotel was very close to the beach and the sea. We had breakfast and dinner at the accommodation, which were always very tasty. The staff was nice, welcoming and accommodating. I definitely recommend.

Location is 5 min from the sea. Personal is very kind and friendly.

Very nice stuff, that dont speak english, but they really try to understand. Non stop reception. Clean rooms + everyday cleaning. Breakfast was good - eggs, bread, ham, cheese + croassants. Close to beach. Dinners were big - premeal, main dish, second dish and fruit as dessert.

Some days dinners were bad. Only oil pasta with few small peaces of seafood. But some day dinner was amazing.

The employees were extremelly nice to us, we were very well greated.

You have to pay for the Air conditioner and the view was not good. they don't speak english even tough they really try to understand and help you (language wasn't a problem because we speak portuguese)

It was cheap and the location is nice because you only need a couple of minutes to the beach. The staff is probably nice but I cannot tell because they are unable to speak English except for this one young guy that solved all our problems and answered all our requests.

If the only guy that can speak English is not at the reception you will have a hard time solving issues that are more complex than taking your keys if your not able to speak Italian. Breakfast was not worth the 5 Euros per day - it consisted of dry breadballs, cheese from the supermarket and something that reminded me on meat. In addition to that the coffee machine was not working and the juice was barely acceptable. Save the 5 Euros and go have breakfast somewhere else. People in Italy work a bit slower - which is fine to me. But when I announce 40 minutes in advance that we will checkout and deliberately ask if we can just hand over the keys and go (we were busy because we needed to catch a flight) it is unacceptable that people "working" there were unprepared and didn't want to let us go because they had to check something. No idea what it was they needed to check because of language barriers - but you get the idea. It was annoying.

Rude and unhelpful staff. No one was abiding by Covid-19 rules.

The offer presented on Booking.com did not include several important details. First of all, parking is charged additionally, which I only found out about in the booking confirmation after payment. Moreover, the offer did not mention that access to air conditioning is also paid. Amenities that should be standard are not included and require extra payment. The staff speaks poor English or pretends not to understand it. I believe the offer for this hotel should be reviewed by the Booking.com administrator.

False advertising. Location beachfront. Wrong this hotel is 500 m from the beach in a tiny back street. Speak English. No body speaks English at this hotel. Three star rating is more likely 1.5 stars. On my arrival the owner agreed that I don't stay and don't pay due the bad rating etc of this hotel. He can't be trusted as I have not received my refund.
