The location was really good for us, given our main aim was to spend some quality time relaxing on the beach. The hotel being located on the main beachfront road made this simple and easy to get to the beach. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of quality options available. Parking was easy and there seemed to be ample spaces available (albeit it is an additional charge). Our room was clean, tidy and contained key amenities (bar a kettle and fridge). The hotel is located in close proximity to many restaurants and is probably a 30 minute casual walk to central Rimini.

Given our main purpose of stay was to enjoy the local beach, we booked knowing that the hotel had an arrangement with the local 'Bagno' (Beach section). However we found the hotel agreed discount to be pretty insignificant and actually negotiated a better deal ourselves. Regarding the hotel, we could have done with an additional chair on the balcony to enjoy the atmosphere in the evenings and a fridge would have been nice to store water and cold drinks in. Furthermore, despite putting a "do not disturb" sign on our door one morning, the cleaner still entered the room whilst we were out to make up the room.

I visited for my birthday and asked for a nice room with a beach front view to celebrate. They gave me one of their more modern rooms on the top floor with the most amazing view! It was small but clean and not too far from all the action. There was a balcony for both the room and the bathroom. After exploring the beachfront, I slept like a baby after not sleeping the night before. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast continental and the staff were extremely friendly. I'd definitely stay in room 605 if I visit again. Special mention to Matteo and his colleague who checked me in.

I could also see the beach while sitting on the toilet as there was a huge balcony door/window right in the bathroom 😂 Although people may not have been able to see me clearly, being high up, I was a little paranoid when on the toilet or in the shower.

The room was super clean every day. Staff was amazing, especially Matteo was very professional and helpful, not only to customers but to his team mates as well (seemed some of the girls were new and learning). Also staff in the restaurant was friendly. They all created calm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Homemade waffles were to die for! Good variety of breakfast although pastry same every day.

It was a bit cold in the room and heating didn't work. Little fridge would be nice.

First of all very nice and helpfull Staff. We were leaving very early due to early flight and receptionist book as a taxi with very good price. In the morning before the leave we also got coffe and some sweet snacks. Nice hotel in good location, right in front of the beach. Bus stop just next to the hotel or a short walk to Metromare. Breakfast very good, depending on your preferences the choice was quite wide. Nice pool and Jacuzzi just next to nice garden where you can relax. Enough sunbeds. Bar where you can order some drinks so the stay can be even more relaxing. Pretty view from the balcony, very comfortable beds.

Water in the pool could be a bit warmer but this is just small detail.

Everything was perfect. The Staff also, specially Michaela. Hotel is almost on the beach, there is only street between. Pool is great and outdoor area. Breakfast was also great. People say always the same for breakfast, but also at home you don’t have that many options for breakfast. There was everything you need on the table. Parking helps a lot. You can also rent a bike every day for a 3 hours for free and that was great. They work with beach 84 and the beach area is also great. A lot of things to do on the beach, specially for people with kids. I would really recommend this place.

excellent staff, at the beginning we were met by a security guard who kindly greeted us, made free coffee, used a translator all the time. the hotel has everything, delicious breakfast, room cleaning, clean pool and jacuzzi, convenient access to the beach, in the hotel they will provide you with free bicycles, towels for going to the beach and in case of bad weather an umbrella. I give the hotel a rating of 10 out of 10, price and quality. There are no minuses in this hotel for me.

Don’t have

Staff were very friendly, it was a great location both close to the beach and metromare so easy to get to/from city centre & train station. While the room was small, it suited our needs and was very clean. The room was cleaned every morning & towels replaced, which we weren't expecting. Overall, it was a great stay and excellent value for money.

The staff are one of the best I’ve encountered at a hotel. friendly, personable and kind. no ask was too much and made us feel very welcome, their knowledge of great no. tourist places to go dine was super useful! The rooms are super clean and the breakfast is a great bonus. The area is great and super close to lots of great places to eat/drink. I recommend a sea view room. we had an early checkout and the staff made sure we had coffee and something to eat outside the normal breakfast hours and bidded us a fond farewell. all these extra touches make the place a gem in the world of hotels.

we loved it all.

All the staff were very nice and very helpful. The hotel bar is well stocked and has very affordable prices. Plenty of parking inside the hotel and also a free car park behind the hotel if you can get a space. We had a sea view room which was nice.

The breakfast was good however could do with more options, our room was small but was okay for two people

The staff was great, everything was very clean, the breakfast was very good. We left before the breakfast and they prepared us some sandwiches and they gave us fruits and water for the road.

The parking spots are a little bit narrow. Not all the rooms have a minibar and if you need one in your room it costs 4 euro/ day.
