Staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast was great: a classic hotel buffet mix of cold meats and cheeses, sandwiches, some hot food and dessert (who doesn't love a breakfast cheesecake?). Facilities were as expected for a 3-star, with a small pool out the front and a little bar on the terrace. It's less than 5 minutes from the beach and between two Metromare stops to easily get into Rimini town for the train station or to catch a bus for a day trip to San Marino. It's one of the smaller hotel buildings which actually helps it stand out when trying to find your way home from Rimini's enormous beach and strip.

Our only critique is that you have to pay a daily rate for the air conditioning, which we needed - especially overnight - being British and unused to 20°+ nights. It was €6/day so not expensive, but could easily be included in the regular price.

very close to the beach, had a discount at the beach if you were staying here. The owners are very welcoming, the fact that there is a swimming pool was incredibly good. the bed is quite large and comfortable. if the pool had been placed towards the beach it would have been much better. clean water in the pool, you had a bar where you could order something to drink or something to eat. grado 10 for the owners!!

The fact that you have to pay extra for air conditioning (5 euros per day). I didn't pay because I only stayed one day and I had already paid for two days. I know it says it in the description but honestly I didn't look carefully 🥹 because I really liked this hotel and the comments !

Close to the beach, plenty of free parking and a street full of restaurants, shops and bars. Great breakfast, so much choice and served until midday. Really friendly and helpful staff.

Small shower. Additional charge for aircon of €6 per night. We stayed for 3 nights and and went without for the first night, had the window open and were covered in bites the next morning so it's a must really.

Right by the seaside promenade, easy to find, great secure parking, friendly helpful staff. We stopped overnight on our way to Ancona ferry, it was ideal. The room was comfortable and the shower was excellent. The breakfast was exceptional! Beautifully presented and with many choices.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. The AC didn’t work but we had the balcony door open.

The room was a reasonable size. It had a huge window so felt light and airy. The shower worked well, and there was plenty of hot water. The location was good and next to the beach. Car park was next to hotel.

The road noise was loud as the windows weren't double glazed. The bed was a bit too hard, and we could feel the springs. Two beds were joined together and were different heights.

Close to the beach, free parking, excellent breakfast - staff were very helpful and made every effort to make tour stay enjoyable.

AC - hidden cost of 6 euros a day. No much, probably wouldn't have changed anything but would be better to know upfront.

Nice causy hotel on very good location. Breakfast buffet is excellent, very professional stuff. Its very nice to have pleasant meal with great view on sea. Cleanliness is spot on.

our room didn't have any view and was very dark cause actually was looking at wall of another hotel which was not pleasant

Fantastic location right on the beach. Balcony to enjoy the sea views. Superb breakfast/ brunch with an exceptional array of choices. Very hard working attentive staff.

Room was a bit small but we adjusted to it.

what it should be improved, is that each room should have a sign to be put on the door by the guest if he does not want the cleaning lady to enter the room that day. :)

It was in a great location , a quiet hotel ( some were “ banging!” ) with friendly helpful staff and decent breakfast.

It was exactly as we expected for a resort hotel. So no issues.
