Seamless check-in process with relaxed and friendly staff. Spotless rooms with beautiful sheets, cleaning was thorough and not disruptive. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of charcuterie and pastry options, and the coffee was exceptional. Location was ideal, with an abundance of fantastic restaurants across the road. Great value for money, we had a wonderful stay.

1 381 / 5 000 We stayed at this hotel for three nights in a double room. We are very satisfied with the service and cleanliness of the rooms. Yes, quite a lot of sounds can be heard from the room, but we were in the period when the surrounding bars and restaurants were practically closed due to the end of the season, so extraneous sounds did not really disturb us. The room was spacious, bright and modern. Always nicely arranged (by the way, the maids are very nice). The breakfast was also very tasty, we just lacked some vegetables. The location is also good enough - we could walk to the center, to the airport - as well (2-4 km one way and the other, but we like to walk, this did not cause a problem). Just after leaving the hotel, there are many restaurants, bars, and shops around (maybe you don't even need to go to the center). The sea is visible from the balcony - very close. Thanks to the very kind girl from the reception and the maid who cleaned the 7th floor of the hotel on October 11-14 - a true example of what a hotel staff should be. We hope to come back again!

From the 15th of September (as we understood), the swimming pool at the hotel is closed. Also, it's a pity that check-in is only at 14:00, because we flew in early in the morning, and even for additional fees we couldn't move into the room earlier (although late check-out is possible at the hotel), so we left our luggage at the hotel and went out to wait for check-in.

Hotel Ambassador Übersicht Preise Rezensionen Lage Fotos Info Google-Rezensionen im Überblick Rezensionen werden nicht überprüft 3,8 792 Rezensionen 5 Great in service, cleaning and location the great service starts aready at the reception where the friendly staff welcomes you with a big smile. not a faked one, but you feel the honest desire to please you. i forgot a charger for my phone, it was handed to me with a smile and zero costs. the parking space was with 40 euros a night really expensive (i thought it was free), so i found a free one in one of the streets. the rooms are great. seems all rebuild recently. big nice bathroom, absolutely clean and hygienic. the bathroom is very big and looks luxurios (the marble in the shower is fake but looks great - nobody could afford for a complete hotel such big marble-tiles). the bedroom perfectly cleaned in every corner. i had 2 balconies. the ac works perfekt. only detail: the tv was pretty small, but thats only a small detail. on the fantastic breakfast the staff is friendly, talks with you, fills up constantly everything. and there is really nearly everything you can immagine for breakfast. the pool any the area around is clean and confortable with a deept from 0.9 m to 2m. you can get drinks at any time at the bar. cant say anything about dinner and lunch because i decidet not to book it. the hotel is located in the first lane after the beach in one direction and right on the walking mile on the other direction. so you cross the street and you are on the beach or you exit the hotel on the other (back)side and you are right on the street with shops, restaurants, atm, bars ecc.

The hotel's location couldn’t have been more convenient. The hotel is beach front and just a short walk from the city’s top attractions. I was able to explore by foot and cyclizing, bustling shopping streets, and charming cafes with ease. The proximity to public transportation was also a huge plus, making it easy to get around the city. Additionally, the hotel’s breakfast was truly a highlight of each morning. The buffet spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste.

The Breakfast was good (except for the coffee). The room was very clean. We have never seen anything so clean. The lady who cleaned our rooms did so well, I even saw her cleaning the ceiling.

We ordered 3 rooms, two of the rooms were horrible, even though they were on the second floor you had the feeling they were in the basement. Because in order to go out on the balcony, you had to climb stairs. This was fixed by paying for an upgrade. This was a bad experience during an otherwise pleasant stay. The breakfast coffee was not as good as normally in Italy.

Quite a lot of options for delicious food. Very good coffee and coffee maker. Big and comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Mini balcony with a slight view of the sea. Quite large room.

Air conditioning system was weird, too much humidity and not enough cold air. Mosquitos were present when we came and next days also. No option to opt out of room cleaning, one time we were stuck waiting for hour while cleaning was in progress. Ventilation in bathroom was not working as it should.

Just amazing. The room was perfectly clean, with everything needed. Crazy beautiful view from the cosy balcony, sunsets there are something:) All furniture seems to be new, and very-very clean. Polite and responsive staff, what is very important for me. Thank you!! + Especially want to highlight the breakfast - it was so good! :) Really enjoyed staying here, pity it was for one night only.

I love this hotel! I spent great days there. Chilling, confortable, clean, the breakfast is amazing, the staff is so kind, the location is perfect to walk next to the beach. The room was beautiful, and everything with a not too high cost.

We get very good discount through booking com but they put us in, I believe B part of the hotel, in very small bedroom, with no sea view, even though hotel was not full. If I had paid full price I would be very dissapointed with that. Other things are great. Bed was comfortable. No noise from outside.
