The room is big, and the place is very near to the beach

The cleaners are so late to finish cleaning the room and it's not very clean, they don't change the towels for 3 days....

Very nice hotel. We got the room with seaview and it was amazing. Personel was very helpful. Although the room is on the smaller side, when you go out a lot it doesn’t matter.

There is everything you need + discount for nearest beach.

The (Russian speaking) lady at the reception was unfriendly.

The beach was realy close.

Elevator was slow. Rooms were small.and there were out at elbows. The beds were realy small.

Perfect Location.

Rooms were dirty with sand when we arrived. Hated that we couldn't take the food ourselves at breakfast. Ridiculous.

Good price, good breakfast next door.

You get what you pay for. The hotel was tatty and the corridors were dirty, the rooms need some TLC. Having said that there was some renovation work being carried out. Breakfast was served in the adjoining hotel and was excellent. None of the renovations were mentioned on booking.com

the hotel is next to the beach.

The room is too small, you can only walk around the bed, the view of the beach is terrible, even though it was written that the room has a view of the beach, the balcony is too small, only one chair can fit. There is a lot of moisture in the room, the wallpaper has come off. There is no secured parking, you have to we found a parking lot and paid 15 euros a day, even though it says that parking is secured and costs 10 euros. Look at the pictures as evidence for everything.

I only like the view of the See from Balkon and that Hotel was only streets cross to the beach.. und the personal at reception they was friendly. Visit gatto Nero restaurant.. very delicious 😋

The room wasn't clean enough.. dust evry where.. but the poor cleaning woman she was alone in the hole floor and she had short time to be done.. poor breakfast, and because of Corona you can't take anything with yourself (only Coffee) .. you need to ask the personal to give you what you need from buffet (also Water) .. you kann hear all at the room.. the Wi-Fi was just a disaster.. the musst time I don't have connection.. the Mottorad parking at the hotel costs 5€ per day.. but front of the hotel was a free motorcycle parking and I could see the Motor from my Balkon.. it's safe to park 🏍 out side.. at the beach you have to pay 10€ for the lay chair and 5 for umbrella.. don't drink at the bar in Hotel.. because 1 Limoncello for 3€ or 3.5€ .. it was bad experience but we booked only before 2 days from our arrival and we didn't find something cheap and good.. it's not 3 stars hotel .. we paid 433.20 € for 4 nights with poor breakfast and 18€ for Taxes.. that price was genius price for me at booking ..

Location

I booked a room for 2 persons with breakfast. On the first picture you can see the room that I am suppoused to get and on the second one is the room that we received. So the room that we booked has nothing to do with the room that we get. The room that the manager gave us was so tiny, you can't pass from any side, no place to leave 2 suitcases and the balcony was from the side, to be honest I don’t know how they can call it balcony because only one person can bearly fit there. The balcony is so tiny that goes in triangle, without any space, forget about sitting there. After we saw it, we complained and said that we dont want it, so the manager gave us option to pay extra 15 euros for superior room that we denied, because we were not going to pay anything else than what we already paid. He also give us a key to see another room, but again this had nothing to do with the room that we booked. So, he started yelling at us that we came here to make problems and all we did was try to explane him that we booked the room that we see on the pictures and we wanted this one, but his answer to this was that he doesn't know what pictures they are posting on booking. Also, the staff members don’t know how to speak english so it also made things harder. After all the drama that took us around 20 min, he agreed to give us the superior room for free because we said to him that we are going to contact Booking and that we wanted our money back. Also, the superior room is called superior only because it has front view with normal balcony, but the room is so tiny, there is no space for anything, the door of the bathroom can't even close. Also, my friend got covid and we tryed to cancel the reservation in the past 6 days, but the owner of the hotel didn’t even bother to answear to Booking even when I had a positive pcr test and the least he could do is to answear anything so we could know that to do. His answear was: “I didn’t receive any message from booking” which is...
