Stuff is helpful, polite, professional and cheerful, always on service. Location is convenient all amenities are near hotel, shops, station, beach, walkway... Cleanness of hotel, rooms and premises is on highest level. Hotel kitchen is very good, chef making excellent food, we enjoy it, selection of vines and drinks is very good.

Hotel is ready for renovation, furniture in room is old but good, wardrobe can be bigger. TV have only local channels; there is no international programs Internet is OK, but can be faster, it was obvious that when more people arrived it slow down

The hotel is situated in nearby a sandy beach, right next to the bus stop (10 and 11). Trolley-bus station Lagomaggio is about 150 m. We could rent bikes for free. Hot-tube is small but clean. Dinners were absolutely perfect. Giulia, Giorgina and Lisa raised our stay a level higher, they helped us with everything we needed. Many greetings from Tom and Stella from Prague.

We spent amazing time in this hotel. The hotel was clean. The staff was amazing and so helpful, especially reception team. The dishes was so delicious in the restaurant. The meal was different every day. A lot of seafood, fish, meat and vegetables. Thank you so much for amazing service

If you book the all inclusive through booking they charge you for umbrella and sun-bed. The guest who booked directly had these included without extra charge. The drinks between breakfast, lunch and dinner where not included and they asked us to pay for it. After we complained about it as we booked all-inclusive, they told us we can have soft drinks for free but we should always ask for it. On the first day there were 2 small bottles of spring water in the fridge. They never filled fridge with water thereafter. Disappointed. Don’t buy all inclusive!

The location of the hotel is wonderful - in the center of marina, right in front of the beach, very accessible both with the car and public transport. A lot of restaurants and shops around. Rooms are neat and air conditioned. The staff is outstanding - friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious 😊

The stay matched all expectations and even more. The room looks exactly like on picture and is cleaned every day. The hotel is very safe, I was afraid to leave room key at reception desk but no one took it. The helpful staff both as at reception who can clarify everything you need to and in the restaurant who can bring whatever you ask to and always with smile🙂. The menu of local quesine tastes also great and is good balanced. (PS. Chef, tried pizza and pasta in Milan and it is nothing to write home about comparing with yours😉)

I had some problems with wifi at the restaurant (maybe problem is with my phone).

Location is right next to the beach, hotel staff were very nice and accommodating, food, especially dinner, was varied and very tasty.

The staff was incredible....they made me feel Wanted there. Customer service was exeptional

The swimming pool was too smal...maybe ok for 4 or 5 kids

The Personal was super friendly and kind. The Food was very tasty. Everything was super clean and the smell in the building was amazing.

The Fitness facility aren’t the greatest

The location was ideal for the beach, Metro stops close by, and proximity to cafe's and restaurants. The staff and management were exceptionally friendly and helpful at all times and make this a very welcoming location. Whether it was the cleaning staff, the dining staff or hotel manager , nothing was ever too much trouble. Recommendations or tips re travel or restaurants were always spot on but special mention to Lisa in reception who was endlessly helpful.
