Friendly, helpful, supportive personnel, pleasant atmosphere, cosy and clean space. A few minutes to the beach, you can buy two beds with umbrella and beach towels at the reception and have your place on the beach across the road till the end of the day for 25 EUR. Also, there is a small swimming pool, available till 8 p.m. Worth to stay!

I would like to have a better breakfast. Croissants and other desserts were quite good, but there was almost nothing to eat "normally" (only too dry omelette, average sausages and boiled eggs). So, it was too Italian, a lot of sweet stuff, but not enough ta have the breakfast to feel full after that. It is one and only disadvantage, maybe for somebody else it is not a disadvantage at all. Besides it, perfect place. It is worth considering that there are 30 mins by foot to the city centre, but around 10 mins by bus, by the way.

Fantastic location - 2 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the Metromare which was three stops to Rimini old town. Highly recommend going there for fantastic food and culture, especially if you go over the other side of the bridge to eat. The hotel had an excellent breakfast and rooms were good plus added swimming pool.

The charge for the parking was huge at €35 a day but in a 15 min walk we found a carpark with attendant for €6.70 for 24 hours.

breakfast was very good! we stayed 3+1 nights and each day 20-30% of breakfast was different. Location was also good. A bit far from city centre, however if you don't mind to walk, it isn't far at all (plus, there is Metromare station just 100 meters from hotel). The beach was very close too.

From outside it seems renewed, however the Hotel is a bit old: the hall, the lifts, and also in the rooms have old furniture. In the room I would add a boiler and generally the internet speed was too weak! in the pool I would add a parasol just to have a corner with shadow.

Check in was smooth and reception was always lovely throughout the whole stay. Room was spacious and very clean. breakfast was also very nice cannot complain.

We had booked this hotel as it had a pool. when we arrived the pool was out of order. I actually changed hotel to come here and paid extra for this pool. Was disappointed that it never said whilst booking.

Very satisfied. The room was very clean, the beds very comfortable and we like the rooms cleaning lady Marianna too much. She was very nice, kind and pleasant woman with her happy smile every morning. The location near the sea and very clean waterpool. Thank you so much to all the staff working in hotel

nice location about half way along the beach, but close enough to cycle to the marina and into the centro storico. (definitely recommend hiring a bike and doing that route. lovely cycle route and stunning old town.) cycle hire shop with lovely owners nearby and two good value restaurants within 50 yards either side (gatto Nero and Libeccio). breakfast/dining room has lovely large windows looking towards the sea and over tree lined avenue. sea views are limited, but good enough. had hoped to swim in pool, but it was closed for the winter, so had nice swim in sea instead. great value hotel, anyway.

not much not to like about this hotel.

The location was great for the beach but a long walk to the historic centre. The room, although a bit small, was comfortable but a bit dated. The balcony had a view of the sea. The staff were excellent & very friendly. Gluten free bread was available on request at breakfast.

The pool was ok but is tucked between concrete walls of other buildings. It looked utilitarian & uninviting. It just needs some style touches such as plants, outdoor decor etc. Be prepared for a long walk or a bus ride in order to explore historic town centre. Breakfast was the usual but a bit uninspiring. The reception/lounge & public areas need updating as they are a little oldfashioned.

Very welcoming (especially Emiliano who made me coffee and a croissant after I arrived at 6am after an overnight bus journey! - thanks again!). Good location one road back from the beach, close to tram into the city, close to many restaurants, cafes and bars.

It would be gray to have a kettle in the rooms to make coffee/tea.

The Breakfast is amazing. The location is great and the staff where very friendly. The staff gave me good recommendations and a discount voucher for dinner at a number of very nice restaurants.

I didn't like that I did not stay longer to explore Rimini more. The town is very built up with many hotels and so it doesn't have a nice relaxing vibe, its very much a mass tourism destination.

Good place to stay, easy to get to from the station on the metro bus. The lobby had interesting artefacts including an old typewriter and radio. Close to the beach but quite a distance from Rimini centre so bus tickets or car recommended. Very quiet when we were there in April, being low season. We could see the towers of San Marino from our balcony.

No kettle or hot drink making facilities.
