The hotel was very very clean, comfortable, good price value. The room was not to big, but enough, on a good location. The breakfast was very good, a lot of options. Sweet, salty, fresh croissants every morning and the coffee was amazing. I am picky about my coffee and the coffee at the hotel was just perfect. All of this is thanks to Rob, the host. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He makes the hotel feel like you are at home. He made sure I always had a coffee during breakfast, and if anything was missing, I could just let him know. One of the best places I ever stayed at. If I am ever in Rimini again, I’ll stay again at this hotel :)

The breakfast is amazing, fresh pastry, piadina, juice, fruits, everything you need. You can find something to eat even though you are a bit pretentious. The room was clean, a bit small, but we know that we booked a budget room, but you have enough space for two persons. The air condition was a blessing, and the tiny refrigerator also. The host, Roberto, was the best host we ever had, he will help you with everything you need. Thank you for your kindness an hospitality, we had a great stay at your hotel.

The refrigerator was a bit noisy

This hotel exceeded our every expectation - some highlights: -Rob the owner welcomed us from minute one and made us feel at home, his knowledge of the area and his willingness to help was amazing!!! -The parking is well sorted, cheap, secured and closeby -The breakfeast was exceptional! 10/10 -The rooms (AC and Bathrooms) were brandnew/modern -Location is just 1 minute away from the beach and umbrella’s are free to borrow from the hotel - this is service!!

Roberto was an amazing host! He was always super helpful and made our stay absolutely carefree! The breakfast was very good and tasty, with a lot of local very delicious products and great variety of options for sweet and savoury lovers. The hotel was super clean and tidy, we would get new fresh towels every day. The location is exceptional - around 100 m. from the beach, there are a lot of great restaurants and shops around. Overall one of our best vacations, we will be visiting again for sure! :)

Roberto was a fantastic host — truly one of the best experiences I’ve had with accommodation. The hotel is really creative and beautiful, the rooms are clean, the breakfast and coffee were great, and the space even worked great for coworking. I genuinely have nothing to complain about. If I return to Rimini in the future, I’ll definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything!

It was just a fantastic vakation! The hotel is very interesting and nice inside, there are a lot of interesting small decor, on the 3d flour there is a book-shelf with a lot of books for all ages. The place is really good - it's in 5 min from seaside, in 1 min from entertainments, but on this particular part of street is very calm and chill, so you reallly can relax there. Breakfast was just fantastic. It's really clean, the rooms were cleaned every day. But, the real pearl of all this is owner Rob. He was ready to solve any problem, and in fact we had a fealling, that we are like very long hoped-for friends, who came to be his guests. For better understanding, at the last day we had eay flight, and Rob said that we can have a brackfast. Iaccepted something light, as it allways can be in other hotels, but we had a full choise of dishes, made for us only at 6.30! I can say, that 50% of our chill vacation were due to Rob and our staying in this hotel. Highly recomended

Everything was amazing

The host is amazing and incredibly attentive to every need and desire. It takes a lot of energy, especially at the send of the season, to be cheerful and pleasant all the time- and he is. This hotel is for sure a labor of love. And he works his butt off to make sure everyone is happy. The decor outside in the eating area and in the lobby are super. Much of the furniture is hand made from reclaimed materials, which is a testament both to the craftsmanship and the magical quality of some materials and how it comes back to life with some care - especially wood.

The rooms are a bit modest and need some upkeep but honestly one doesn’t spend much time in the room. There’s so much outside to see like the beach and the centro storico of Rimini that if you’re spending time in the room you’re making a mistake. I’d stay here over any of the impersonal corporate hotels any day.

Everything was wonderful. I really liked the design of the hotel. The breakfast was amazing, the owner even offered to make breakfast at 5 am on the day of departure. I have never met such a warm and sincere person as Roberto. I am very grateful for my stay and I will definitely want to come back again and again. 🫶

Our host was very friendly and kind. The breakfast was very tasty. The beach was very close. The last day the flight back was early in the morning and we received a prepared bag with breakfast.
