Staff was incredibly nice. The hotel is full with genuinely nice and kind people. Whenever we bumped into each other they were super helpful and kind, but they also did not bother us unnecessarily. The room was clean and it has a little balcony. Perfect stay for two friends or a couple. There is also a small fridge in the room which is useful. Pricewise it is very good, totally affordable. Lots of discount to restaurants nearby given by the hotel.

Breakfast is mostly sweet but there was a small amount of salty food too. There could be a better ratio of sweet and salty and also more fruits but overall the breakfast is nice as well. A little far from Rimini center, but far is subjective. Bus stop is at the corner, and the bus takes about 20 -30 mins to get to the "old town" or to the railway station. Absolutely manageable, and there are many markets and restaurants nearby anyways.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful, the place is spotless and well maintained. Breakfast was decent and had a good basic selection. Additionally there are a few really nice restaurants in the area with 10% off in the one across the road. There was free parking in front of the hotel and the matress in the room was very comfortable. Shampoo and soap also provided.

The room was very small, would recommend upgrading from basic.

We really liked that the people working there were very helpful and gave us information about anything. They kindly recommended restaurants to us that were amazing. They were always smiley and made us feel at home. The breakfast was very delicious as well. The room had everything we needed and they cleaned it everyday! Overall amazing experience and we loved it.

nice hospitality, very good location, good connection to airport and centrum (bus, metromare), own balcony. We were satisfied with the breakfast, but it is rather sweet than salty.

The breakfast was excellent. The location is a little further from the center.

There is no hairdryer, as well as a holder for towels and toilet paper in the bathroom.

- The location. Just a few hundred meters from the beach - There's a great restaurant nearby - The Hotel owner is very nice

- The reception is rarely staffed (a purely family-run business). We arrived in the afternoon and couldn't even get into the hotel because no one was there. Only after half an hour in the summer heat did someone open the door. - Cleanliness / previous guests' hair was everywhere... - Rooms in a deplorable condition (broken shower door, broken blinds) - Very limited breakfast selection - If you want to go to the center of Rimini, you have to take a 30-minute bus ride into town.

I wasn’t planning on leaving a review but the painful part is they decided to cancel my booking even though I showed up and was charged the full amount, so I don’t leave a review. I booked for 5 nights and I had the worst experience, unfortunately I couldn’t cancel as the booking was not refundable. I got to the hotel and no one was available for the check in process, it looked closed and empty. I had to wait outside for about 30 minutes. The room was cold and the surrounding areas including the breakfast hall was cold , i turned on the heating but it wasn’t working and the breakfast was nothing like in the pictures or what’s I had expected, considering the reviews. The breakfast was a simple omelette and croissant as deserts , I had to wait for a while to get my omelette prepared, when I was expecting to have a quick breakfast like in other hotels where everything is already prepared down and you just have to serve yourself. The next morning was the same omelette, this time with just a slice of bread and no veggies or fruits, just 3 croissants as deserts ‘ It seemed to me like I was the only one present in the hotel.Clearly they were having issues which should have been communicated to me, or I preferred if my booking was cancelled prior so I simply book another hotel, but they didn’t obviously. I literally paid “to suffer “!!! Soo sad! Advice: Don’t book 5 nights in a hotel no matter how good the reviews or how good the pictures look! Arrive first and decide if you want to extend your stay there or not. And beware of hotels that cancel your review indicating you didn’t show up , the day you check out so you don’t expose them! So cruel
