The staff incredibly and genuinely nice and helpful, also very sweet. Almost all with no exception. The rooms are nice and clean, our room was small but I saw that there were bigger rooms. Charges for dinner, massages, drinks and other services were very reasonable. The pool was fully cleaned every night.

There must have been a party place nearby as it was really loud at nights. The breakfast was perfect but we would appreciate a bit more fruits.

Breakfast was delicious and had real scrambled eggs! Parking was easy but best to call first so they can tell you how to get to it. Once you know where it is it is very easy to get to and get to the hotel. Room was clean and temperature was great. Location was near the beach so in the summer it would be great location. Winter was fun to walk the beach and see the closed lidos. Would stay here again if in the area.

Wish I used the Spa but I was with family so I couldn't.

The hotel is great! However, I have to start from the staff - everybody is so kind, helpful and professional; they all have smiles on their faces and are very helpful. Every conversation with them was an extremely pleasant experience. The rooms are nice and cozy. The breakfast is amazing - so rich and delicious, you can choose between many different types of breakfast food, and everything is very nice. Also, the hotel is on a great location - in the heart of the marine zone, literally a minute from a beach, and 5 minutes away from Metromare, which gets you to the centre of Rimini in 2 minutes. If/when I return to Rimini, I definitely know where I will stay at!

We had an absolutely fabulous experience during our stay at the hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. Despite a slight language barrier, communication with the staff was a breeze, thanks to their excellent customer service skills. I would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Maria. One highlight of our stay was the outstanding spa facilities. The spa staff were not only highly skilled in their craft, but also incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast at the hotel was a true delight. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the staff in the breakfast area were exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and always made sure we had everything we needed to start our day off right. One aspect that truly exceeded our expectations was the flexibility and accommodation of the hotel's staff. We had to check out very early in the morning at 3 o'clock, and the hotel staff gladly arranged for our departure. To our surprise and delight, they even prepared a delicious breakfast for us to take with us on our way. It was such a thoughtful gesture and added to the overall exceptional experience we had at the hotel.

The room size was a lot smaller than advertised and was a little cramped - not what we expected. There was nowhere to really put clothes and the room itself had no space around the beds. The room we had was also restricted view by walls. (366)

Clean, helpful staff, room was a bit small for the price but it was nice and modern! It’s located perfectly and walkable to everything you need including the bus! Nice air conditioning

Room was a bit small for the money perhaps and the rooms could be a bit better sound proofed. The a/c could be a bit quieter perhaps and the water goes cold and then very hot, other than that it was lovely!

Very good hotel, nice and very clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. good location - you can travel from airport with metromare or buses. bus stop almost in front of hotel (maybe 50m).

The location is brilliant. The rooms are great and cleaned daily. The breakfast was brilliant with lots of options. Real coffee to boot. The staff on hand 24/7 and extremely helpful.

The pool area is overlooked and a little smaller than it looks in the pictures. That said, it’s a quiet space and a great area to unwind.
