Excellent option, close to the beach and restaurants. Room is comfortable for a family, shower is good, beds good too. A/C was working fine and best of all: breakfast! Best breakfast we had in 3 weeks vacation in Italy. We had a parking spot (15€/ day) that was also very practical since surroundings were tough to park.

Staff were very attentive, friendly, and accommodating with special requests. The breakfast provided varied and excellent choice. The breakfast room was lovely, offering a panoramic and beautiful of the seafront. Good location, and was situated on a side street beside the main road so it was accessible to nearby amenities that included shops, transport routes by bus and tram to Riccione, the old town centre of Rimini and train station, and the beach too.

When my room did not require cleaning and I'd placed a do not disturb sign on the door, the staff continued to knock on the door and I kept on getting asked if I wanted the room cleaned, which was on more than one occasion when all I wanted to do was rest at that time.

Everything was great at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was beautiful and clean. The towels were changed daily, and the breakfast on the roof offered a diverse and delicious selection with amazing view. Great location, close to the shop, to the beaches. I recommend and will definitely stay there again.

The air conditioning not working at its maximum capacity in room and the cleaning staff being a bit noisy in the mornings.

The breakfast was amazing! So many choices of small baked savoury bites, eggs, and sweet pastries and cakes. The staff were really helpful with our 1-year-old baby.

The area is very touristy. But the number 11 bus goes from right outside and goes straight into the old town. You can tap on with your standard bank card to pay so it's really simple and the bus is very frequent. This way you can enjoy the beach but also explore the beautiful neighbouthoods and restaurants just across Ponte di Tiberio when the sun gets too hot.

The hotel is nice and simple. The room has mini fridge, small TV. The bed was okay, there are blankets if you need it. There is pretty good conditioner, the temperature in a room was comfortable for us. Staff of the hotel is friendly and helpful. The location is great, near the beach. We got lucky and there was a space for our car at the parking. Breakfast was okay, nothing much, but you can find what to eat and taste of it is ok

The hotel is pretty old, in our opinion rooms needs renovation.

Everything was very clean, and the personnel was exceptionally kind. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we also liked having a balcony. Great value for money.

I wish they updated the baby cots and baby chairs (for breakfast). I understand that having baby chairs is an extra and I am grateful they were providing any, but for us it would have made a huge difference if the baby chairs were a bit more comfortable (the plastic Ikea chairs would already be an upgrade). Also, the baby cot needs to be changed. Ours had holes in it and the foam was coming out, while we paid 7 euros a night for being able to use it. It worked fine, but would have been nicer to have one without holes.

The hotel is very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The beds was comfortable and the room was clean, equipped with refrigerator, AC and safe. The breakfast was exceptional, served at the 6th floor restaurant with a great view of the see and the beach. The personal is very helpfull and kind. Parking service at extra cost, but with free shuttle to the parking place. All in all I recomend this hotel 100%

Pros: great stuff, near the beach, good beds, great sea view from bed, bidet, lots of sweets for those who want to eat cakes for breakfast; good restaurants near hotel to have lunch or dinner. The number 1 asset of this hotel is the staff, in my opinion .

Cons: to say balcony is a joke, 50 centimeters wide balcony isn't a balcony, is just for checking the weather to know how to dress; small bathroom; sitting on the toilet is a challenge; small shower; took 1.5 days for the AC to cool the room (and was quite loud). In my country, 3* hotel means something else (better)

The breakfast is served on the sixth floor, the top floor of thehotel from where you have a superb view of the sea. The breakfast was rich with everything you could want, and all the staff were very kind. We had some requests because we skipped breakfast a few days and they helped us every time. The hotel is even more than the presentation on Booking. The reception was open 24 hours and we were always greeted with a friendly smile. Certainly, it would give me great pleasure to come back here.
