First of all Residence del Sole has a simply unbeatable location - just steps from the beach and lungomare and within easy reach of restaurants, shops, cafes and everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday. Whether you're looking for a relaxing seaside getaway or want to explore the surrounding area, this place is the ideal base. The apartment itself is the cleanest one we've been ever! Exceptional cleanliness - spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained. You can tell that great care is taken with every detail – from the linens to the kitchen area, everything was immaculate. Perfection is the only word that describes the management of the place! Check-in and check-out are hassle free. We checked in via lock box and check out was with the personnel at the place. We were satisfied with the apartment. Each room had a balcony. There was an elevator in the house. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed in the living room. Air conditioners were in each room, but we did not use it due to the constant three days of heavy rain during our stay. However, no water got into the apartment. Each room had manually operated quality blinds. The Wifi connection worked very well.

We are a family of six and would welcome more dishes. We also missed the grater. The water flow in the shower was quite weak but sufficient. We would have welcomed information on whether any of the beaches provide a discount on sunbeds for guests of Residence del Sole. Admittedly, we didn't look too hard for this as it was raining. The TV set in the apartment offered only a small number of channels.

Great value for money, super friendly and helpful staff. Quite location with easy access to the beaches, restaurants and promenade. The room was very spacious with a huge terrace, parking right near the door and elevator in the lobby. Kitchen had all the necessary supplies for cooking and having meals with family. AC was working great.

The level of the cleaning could be a bit better, the shower was very clogged when we checked in and the water stream was barely moving. For our taste the pillows were a bit rigid. We wish cleaning service came at least once during 6 days, at least to change the sheets and towels, but for the amount we paid we believe everything was fair.

- staff is welcoming, lady who cleans the apartment especially, staff was ready to accommodate us even before agreed time - small local taxes - the apartment had all necessary equipment - beds are good, not noisy - close to the center and the beach - great price

- some facilities seek for replacement / renew - potentially during the season it will be difficult to find a parking spot

Beach is 2/3 minutes away, flat is clean and cosy like on the pictures. Nice staff, very welcoming. We were in the penthouse at last floor, we enjoyed it. Fridge and freezer are large 👌. Supermarket CONAD is 4 minutes away, they are lits of shops and restaurants everywhere. I recomend it 🥰

Could have put more "pentola" as they say in the kitchen. We had a frying pan and a single pot. But the rest was ok. No light in the living room, i guess this is unusual and they will fix it.

Location work for us close to restaurants and bus stop even walked to the train station

Perhaps a light sensor on the staircase would be helpful when arriving at night

Great location (4min walk to the beach + 5min to the supermarket), great customer service, staff have kindly fulfilled all our requests. Really enjoyed having breakfast in the private terrace. Would stay again.
