A delightful family hotel with caring staff located very close to the main Viale Regina Elena and the beach beyond. Also easy walk (about 25 minutes) to the Centro Storico part of Rimini and the train station to catch buses out of town and of course trains. The hotel was very clean and had an incredibly large buffet for breakfast.

Perfect location, close to everything you may need like bus stop, beach, supermarket, plenty of restaurants and cafes. Perfect x10 staff! They all are simply the best and make the place special. Fantastic huge breakfast, tasty coffee and breakfast time is long. You can can get discounts for the sunbeds and some restaurants around...at the reception. My first visit to Rimini was awsome thanks to you guys!

Minor not worth any mentioning, it's a great place for a summer holiday

The staff was impeccable! Always available, with great recommendations and a smile on their face. Breakfast did not disappoint either. And location-wise, it's a good balance between the beach and the historic center. Just a 30-minute walk from the beautiful Borgo San Giuliano, for example.

The cutlery at breakfast, while clean, had a lot of what I believe were limescale stains. And there were a few crumbs in the drawer, likely from previous guests. Nothing unhygienic, just a minor detail worth mentioning.

Great hotel, just one street behind the busiest street, so it's near to every restaurant and shop, but far enough to be a little bit quieter. The staff at the breakfast room and the receptionists are kind. Breakfast is available until 11:30 AM, my kind of place :) And there were everything even at 11 AM! Nice balcony, comfortable bed, I would recommend it :)

The tap was broken in the bathroom, but they repaired it by next morning without asking, so problem was solved and all in all it's positive :) They only give one toilet paper per day, very strict. The entrance/hall is a little bit dark in the room. Some mood lighting would be great :)

The staff is amazing, the amount of care and hospitality we got was great. The parking is right next to the hotel so it's convenient, they also have bike rental next to the hotel. Loved the breakfast, freshly brewed coffee, tea, breads, cakes, pastry, meat, cheese, fruit. There's always someone at reception 24/7 if you need help, nice hotel to stay while in Rimini.

The hotel is nice and clean, with friendly and extremely helpful staff. The location is perfect, with the private beach in 2 min walking distance and many restaurants nearby. Also, there’re two bus stops and tobacco/newspaper shop where you can buy tickets, and square from which the bus to San Marino departs

The breakfast could be better. Too much pastry (80%) and not enough vegetables, no fruits (during a one-week stay, there were only apples). Also, you can only have one drink from bar (coffee or tea) per person for breakfast - of course you won’t drink more than one cup of tea for breakfast, but that’s the first time I faced such a rule. Also, the soundproofing is bad, so you’ll hear all noises from the neighbouring rooms, doors slamming and people from neighbouring villas partying till morning

Breakfast was a treat. Lots of options, both savory and sweet, the only thing missing was more healthy items. But overall a very satisfying meal. We miss it already. The location was great, near the beach and the bus stop to San Marino.

We didn't have a refrigerator or mini bar in the room, so we weren't able to buy food for meals.

Great location, close to all restaurants, bars and shops but far enough away to be quiet. Comfortable bed, hot water constant, breakfast excellent.

The balconies are close together and completely open, so when someone smokes on an adjacent balcony I had to go inside to get away from the stink.

The staff is amazing, very friendly and good people! They even remembered us from the last year!

It was not well cleaned, dust on the shelves and under the bed (a lot of free space there). It would be nice to have something fresh for breakfast, like tomatoes and cucumbers, because there is just bread or cakes or pizzas.
