Breakfast was the best - kids and adults had enough options to choose from. We had the sea view room, and everyone loved it.

Bedroom was great. Clean and spacious. Hotel is nice. Lovely staffs except the man at night (not too accomodating). I love the children's area. Aircon was great too.

For a 4star hotel, I think they need to improve more the breakfast & lunch menu's. Limited choices actually. Lunch menu, I think they are frozen goods and reheated only. Reception is underground, so for those who has strollers or wheelchairs (even for big luggages), a little hassle.. the girl told us they had a ramp at the back side (parking area), but it was covered with a big plant, plus even if you go the other side (they had another entrance at the back side, but still there are stairs to access the reception..

Location, on the sea front, close to Rimini )and everything that has to offer) .Breakfast was lovely with a good variety of options, the staff were accommodating, the view from the balcony was fab, overlooking the ocean. I would stay here again without thinking about it. :)

The air con - or lack of. It’s a very old system and it only seemed to blow out warm air - so I kept it off and had to keep the door open slightly. The beds were quite hard - one of those old sturdy spring mattresses. On arrival I laid back into the bed, I didn’t bounce back or get snuggled in, just hit the deck 😂 (or so it felt!) Again - I would choose to stay here again, it’s just a few tweaks that could be made.

The hotel is in a very nice location.There are many restaurants and shops nearby.We were 3 adults in the room and we had a large room with 4 beds. Clean sheets and towels every morning.The beds are big, but the taste is too hard for us, so it wasn't very comfortable for us to sleep, but maybe someone likes it that way. The pillows were also quite hard. But that's our taste. The breakfast is fresh and delicious.The view from the balcony is beautiful.Glad we recommend

The only thing I can mention as a flaw is that we expected a 4-star hotel to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.Unfortunately it wasn't. Luckily, we had our own private coffee maker and enjoyed our coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view of the sea.

The hotel ist very conveniently located. A bus stop ist just around the corner and to get to the beach, you only need to cross a pedestrian street. We chose a room with sea view which turned out to be perfect as it also gets only very little street noise from the busy promenade street. The room had a good size. The pool was also very nice, although it was unfortunately heavily populated by tiger mosquitos by the time we stayed at the hotel. The hotel staff was very nice, too. Though there were some negatives, I still can recommend the hotel as we had a very nice stay.

The breakfast food was remarkably bland, especially the bread and the veggies. Although the food selection was actually quite big, the quality was rather low. The WiFi was very spotty.

The hotel was located in the same row as the other beach hotels. The room was not very large, but sufficient for a two-night stay. When you entered the room, you felt like you had come to the 70s. This was completely positive. The room was clean and a big plus was the private balcony overlooking the sea. The hotel was clean and in good condition in every way. The breakfast was absolutely superb and varied. Excellent value for money. Even though the beach season was over, it was very rewarding to imagine what a stay would be like in high season. If a beach holiday is not possible due to the time of year or you want to replace a beach holiday, you can take a day trip to San Marino like we did. You can get there by bus in an hour and the one way ticket cost only 7 euros.

The walk to the train station was almost 2 kilometers long.

Great location. On the seafront, stacks of restaurants, bars, shops. Excellent value. Single room was a good size with balcony. Although there are many rooms at the hotel, and it was busy, found it quiet. Breakfast buffet style was very good, with lots of choice. I found the reception staff extremely helpful,and room was made up if required. If you need transport to and from the Railway station. Number 14 bus is the one to get. Tickets sold in a booth nearby or pay coins, 2 Euros in machine on the bus. Recommended.

All staff were great reception dining room and cleaning staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are serviced daily and fresh towels provided. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold dishes and fruits cakes pastries and coffee made individually for you.

Very little not to like only thing we can think of is the hair dryer could not be plugged in as plug did not match the socket but this was probably due to the recent refurbishment of the room.

Superb location close to beach, restaurants and bars, ideal place to base yourself in Rimini. Staff were helpful and room was clean. Breakfast was nice, especially the coffee.

Shower was tiny and difficult to get in and out of, air con in room was intermittent.

the hotel is not bad at all! the staff is very nice, the cleaning of the rooms is very, very good!!! the breakfast is great! the pool is great! the rooms need renovation, the five-person room did not have a balcony :( the air conditioner is very loud.
