Comfortable and clean room with perfect air conditioning (no fridge or coffee maker , which are really not needed). Great cleaning service. Good breakfast with delicious homemade desserts and fruits. Lovely chef. Enzo found out that we don’t eat pork ham, so he provided everyday turkey ham at our breakfast table. Our car was too big for the hotel’s parking, but the staff helped us find a space in front of the hotel. Everyone is really helpful, friendly and welcoming just like a family makes you feel at home. We traveled with our dog, and they were very dog-friendly. The hotel is located on a street leading to the sea (just a 5-minute walk away) and is close to various shops, grocery stores, and pizzerias. We left some belongings behind, and they let us know quickly after check out so we could return to pick them up. A place to come back to! More than exeptional. It looks like family business and everyone from the hotel is truly kind and friendly. Amazing! Near the beach and some good restaurants. You will get all the advices what and where to eat, what to visit. I also took a trip to San Marino and Bologna and it was 1 hour drive from there. Few minutes drive from the Le Befane shoping mall. Amazing!

We spent three nights here. Hosts are very kind and helpful people. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. We were very satisfied with everything, we had a great time.

It's a family hotel with very friendly staff! The hotel is well-decorated. Breakfast is very good including fruits and homemade desserts. The location is very close to the sea.

At night there was some smell outside like some issues with sewage. The room was not large for 4 people.

Our room has been so hot at late afternoons. Tiny bathroom, no refrigator.
