The owners and staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room 411 was very nice and had a lovely shower room. The breakfast was good, cold meats; lovely pastries and coffee. A good selection. The food at dinner was well cooked. The swimming pool was a bonus, it was opposite the hotel, it had a very nice sun terrace where the sun was all day. It was kept lovely and clean with ample sun beds. The outside seating area space, which was at the front of the hotel, where you could sit and have a drink was very nice with lots of lovely potted plants. The beach is literally at the top of the street, along with plenty of bars and restaurants if you wanted them.

Great location, spacious, clean, comfortable rooms with a nice balcony and amazing showers. The staff are nice and helping, and the atmosphere in the lobby and lunchroom is great. Cakes and coffee was delicious but maybe some vegetables like cucumber or tomatoes would be good to add to the breakfast. The trash bin could be bigger and it would be good to have an ashtrays in the balcony.

The swimming pool area is closed at night.

Loud neighbours - Disco Bar, every night loudly speaking people from disco at 23 and Around 03-04 in the morning. Too small room.

It is a very good location, just at the beach with lots of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Clean rooms with air-conditioning. And most importantly we had all inclusive and never missed the meal.The food was delicious 5 🌟 the best Italian pasta. Complements to the chief and of course the lovely staff. Will definitely come back and highly recommend.

The hotel was very close to the beach. The staff were brilliant, including the breakfast. The hotel has a 24 h bar, with outside seating. The room had air conditioning which came in handy during the summer.

The only complain is the absence of a fridge, which would've make it even better. The beds can be a little bit more comfortable.

The room is tiny for 3 persons, the beds are really uncomfortable, so hard it feels like I’ve got bruises from the springs in the mattress. The wifi is really bad, connection lost all the time. No minibar in the room, so no chances for cold drinks. The balcony is tiny, with just one chair. The staff is impossible to talk to. I tried to explain our problems with the room not looking like what we booked, but they wouldn’t let me talk, just told me to come back later. The same thing happened every time I tried to talk with them. We tried to ask for blankets the first night, but the guy working didn’t speak a word English, and couldn’t help. We had to have the AC on, so we were freezing and couldn’t sleep, and couldn’t open the door to the balcony because of the noise from the train passing, and the nightclub across the street. We were promised a bigger room the next day, but the next day we was told that it was not an option. After five days we got an offer to change to a superior room for 50 euros extra per night. When we looked at the room, it looked nice, like the pictures of the room we thought we’d booked, but it had the same hard bed as was in our tiny ordinary room, so we said no to change. Be aware that the rooms on Booking.com are the superior rooms, and they can not be booked, the are just there for (false) advertising (According to the staff) I would not recommend staying at hotel Susy.
