Honestly, one of the best stays we've ever had. We spent just under a week here and we had a great time. Elvira and her family are super friendly, welcoming and hospitable. We have been to many great hotels but rarely experienced this level of just totally taking care of you and making sure you can enjoy your holiday. The fantastic breakfast and great location helps to do this even more. Definitely 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back in the future, if we learn some Italian so we can communicate better with Elvira.

Everything. The staff, the location, the room, the sea. Large private parking area at the accommodation. Being beach front was a big plus, hearing the waves was wow! But the absolute highlight are the owners, their kindness and attention, the wonderful breakfast prepared with love by D. Elvira. Will absolutely come back. The host expected us with the fridge full of water, yoghurts and the room had fresh fruit and cakes and a small snack (everything is included in the price of the room!!), everything you need in the room + dryer , kettle, coffee machine. capsule and capsules, cookies, sweets...

Very nice homely, family atmosphere with very nice , friendly and helpful hosts. The room is a bit on a small size but that didnt bother us as we knew it beforehand, the view and garden compensates for that many times ! great parking by the house, good wifi and nice breakfast, beach is 50-100 meters from the property. Will definitely stay again given a chance.

Coffee mashine somewhere downstairs would be welcomed as well as a kettle in the room , but thats a very minor thing as the owner was ready to provide coffee early in the morning.

Perfect last stop in Italy! Private courtyard parking, steps away from the beach, sound of the waves your lullaby in a super comfortable bed. Room with character (not cookie-cutter IKEA) with generous snacks, coffee, tea, fridge and gas hob. Balcony with sea view. Bountiful breakfast served in a lovely private garden. Monica and her mother are gracious and solicitous hosts. We will be back for a longer stay!

We had no issues! Some might find the stairs to the room challenging, but host is happy to help with bags.

Location was right in town. Large parking area in front. Small family run accommodations. Room was a nice size and included a patio overlooking the beach. There was a small kitchenette where we could make coffee/tea, heat up food. Also, a small table with chairs. Bathroom was large. The owner was very nice and gave us a delicious breakfast. On the whole, it was a very nice place to stay. And being beach front was a big plus.

Very conveniently located. Excellent facilities. Secure parking with a gate. Room had a basket of treats and a coffee machine. Breakfast was served to the room and was too much food. Very friendly service. Would definitely stay again.

Hot water wasn’t consistently hot but that is typical in the Mediterranean where the water is solar-heated. Not a problem.

Everything was exceptional - fantastic and immaculate room with treats, refrigerator, air conditioning and moka, balcony, beautiful garden in front of the beach in delightful town (the location is even better than it looks). Home away from home. The lady of the house is wonderful. Location is fantastic, short walk to restaurants and the next village. Sea view from the room. Safe parking at the premise. Breakfast was great. Love it!

The whole family were very helpful giving great local advice. The seafront room is amazing. Listening to the waves from the balcony very relaxing!

Location on the water and lovely courtyard. Parking lot right in front of the house and it was free. Wonderful breakfast out on the patio. and great hosts.
