The location was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was bigger than expected, and we were happy for that. The environment was quiet and we had a pleasant stay.

We had room 28, nice and big, but with 3 problems: 1. The humidity was definitely too high, as demonstrated also from yellow signs on the wall (the floor got dry after a long time, the t-shirt were always wet, etc.); 2) the first of the 2 toilets was very smelly; 3) we had ants coming out from small hole in the kitchen corner and despite the daily cleaning, every day we had to deal with hundreds of ants. Someone took my daughter's volleyball on the first day of our stay. The hotel staff tried to help, but nobody saw anything.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed, and the private beach was a huge plus—quiet, clean, and never too crowded. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, making it very comfortable for a longer stay. One thing we really appreciated was the individual assignment of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach—no need to rush down early to claim a spot. Just be aware that the seaside is a bit rocky at the beginning, so water shoes might come in handy. Dinner was a highlight for us. Each evening, we could choose from three different options for antipasti, primi, secondi, and desserts, which gave us a nice variety and made meals feel special. Overall, a very relaxing and comfortable experience—ideal for those who value privacy, space, and good food. We enjoyed exploring the neiboring towns Sanremo, Imperia, Menton & Nice.

The breakfast was good overall, especially if you like sweets and a wide variety of drinks. However, the savory options were a bit limited and didn’t change much day to day, which became noticeable after a few mornings.

Seaside hotel with its own beach. The hotel room was extremely large, very comfortable with two balconies having beautiful views each. The bathroom had all the amenities required. My dog was welcome everywhere which I much appreciated. The breakfast had a standard sortiment, nothing special but nice. I asked for dinner too where one could choose from three options in each of the four-course meal. More than enough. The garden had amenities for fitness purposes as well as for kids, and the private beach was comfortable. Several families arrived with dogs like me so I didn't feel secluded just by being separated from the rest of the guests in the dog-section beach.

The location of the hotel makes it difficult to do other things than spending the day on the beach. On larger distances visiting San Remo or Monaco was great but e.g. doing an evening walk is limited to the nearby harbor. There is one restaurant but other than that it is a quiet place.

The beach was nice, protected from big waves, with several places to enjoy sealife. Sunbeds, umbrella and towels were part of room package (dedicated and fixed place of choice). The room was spacios, clean, and comfy (the fridge isn't too big and too efficient). The breakfast offered a large variety of choices and 2 serving areas (indoor and outdoor). We went for the half board option and enjoyed the discovery of italian good food (3 courses and desert). The staff was polite and helpful. There are plenty of options for area exloration. It's close to Sanremo, Imperia, nice small and authentic villages and not far away from Monaco and France. We would definitely come back.

Staff, location accommodation were excellent and good value for money

The restaurant staff were abrupt and confused us in relation to the menu. They said we had to pay €50 each for half board to order all courses from the a la carte menu. When we asked if there was another restaurant nearby they changed their mind and said we could order what we wanted (which wasn’t all courses) and it came to less than €50 each, although it was expensive for what we had and more than the hotel accommodation cost us.

Conveniently located and easily accessible to every attraction around the area and especially if you are planning to visit Monaco, Nice or the French recreation areas. Very easy parking and valuable when you are on a road trip. Many eating and shopping possibilities within walking distance. Great staff and very nice breakfast too.

everything is outstanding in this hotel. we got an upgrade and enjoyed everything. would like to point out the friendliness of the personnel, Ms. Marina the Manager at the front desk, Cecilia at the Resturant, Mr Albano, we called him the overall man, because he helped everywhere. The whole staff was fantastic!!!

Amazing nice staff, wonderful exteriors right on the sea, they made us feel very welcome coming with our two pets (free of charge), on top the rooms are enormous and the breakfast yummy, we slept like babies… wonderful place

The wiev from room, breakfast on terase in oktober was the best, also the staff on breakfast was great. Nice big apartment wih two rooms was top.Free parking, near marina.

the beach is near marina, very equipped but no so much beautiful.

Location close to private beach. Facilities on the beach, towels, beds and paddle boards included. staff in the actual hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Beach bar prices. Large apartment with very large outdoor area but only two chairs an one wonky table outside. Really poor - see photos. Lifeguards in charge of paddle boards rude - my daughter was told off for taking a paddle board - ‘you are only allowed it once a day!’. Whilst she pointed out that it was the first time she had taken it another girl took the same board for the third time to sunbathe on! Only two sun beds included for a 4-5 bed apartment, €30+ per day for extra beds. Powercut overnight - not hotel’s fault though, but no refund offered for loss of power for nearly 12 hours.
