The hotel is located on the outskirts of Rome, and provides a cheaper alternative to more expensive options located closer to tourist attractions. The Battistini metro station is a 10-min walk from the hotel. Battistini is on one end of metro line A, which directly connects to stations located near some of the major tourist attractions, such as Ottaviano next to St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican, Flaminio next to Piazza del Popolo, Spagna next to the Spanish Steps, and Barberini next to the Trevi Fountain in Piazza Navona. The Colosseum can be reached by making one change at the Termini station. Thus one can easily reach the tourist sites from the hotel by just using the metro. The hotel is in a peaceful neighbourhood. The hotel staff is nice and courteous, and the rooms are very clean and tidy. The breakfast served is also good. Most of the rooms come with a balcony.

The checkout time is 10:00 am, which is somewhat early. The AC/heating in my room was not working well. Also there are no markets and restaurants in the vicinity, and one has to go a bit further for dining options.

We loved this hotel! The staff was cheerful and helpful: we asked about the catacombs. The staff called there and found out the opening hours. It was nice to walk from the hotel in the morning to the Battistini station (metro) or through the Parco del Pineto park to the center, admiring the Mediterranean trees, flowers and birdsong. If you come to the hotel from the Circonvallazione Cornelia street in the city center, you may also encounter a neighbour who has not adapted to the society so well. In the late evening, it can be good for women or children to move in a group. However, our children ran tehmselves at the frutteria, Minimarket, McDonald's, etc. (of that street) and everything went well. Of course, some of our children are adults. The bathrooms looked new and the shower worked well. The hotel was also very clean. The mattress was just right for us: we also use this relatively hard type of mattress at home. I'm always afraid that when I go to a hotel, I'll sink into bed and have a sore back in the morning. As a big family this was sort of budget trip for us and we didn't utilize hotel's breakfast. For the first time in southern Europe and Italy. It was great to peek to italian night life with lot of LOUD FRIENDLY voices where no one is drunk: sort of trustful atmosphere. In our country, there is no night life like this: if someone is causing noise, he is drunk. It is a pleasure to recommend the hotel to friends and relatives in Finland. Suitable for a large family very well.

our holiday was during Easter (Pasqua)when we arrived they welcomed us warmly and kindly also giving us directions as was the first time in time. the rooms are wide enough and comfortable. the bathroom was new and clean. we had breakfast buffet style, sadly there weren’t eggs, but classic Italian breakfast as croissants ,salami ,ham ,cheese and cereals. to drink selection of mixed fruits and pineapple, with good coffees made from the automatic machine. the moment of the check out we kindly asked to leave the luggages in the hotel in order to attend the Sunday mass without issues. I totally recommend the hotel as is definitely close to the Center and affordable.

poor breakfast food selection

Location is great, within easy walking distance of the Metro into the city. The hotel has very basic facilities (ie no bar or restaurant or pool, but is otherwise really nice). Our room was surprisingly large and very comfortable, with a very nice bathroom. Everywhere was absolutely spotlessly clean. The reception staff were really nice and friendly

The breakfast was really not great at all. Essentially, a small selection of cake, plus fruit juice and tea/coffee

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and there were several aspects that truly stood out and made my experience exceptional. First and foremost, the staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the moment I arrived, their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The attention to detail in room cleanliness was highly commendable. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the serene ambiance of the room, which ensured a peaceful night's sleep. In summary, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of delightful. The exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, delicious food, and convenient location combined to create a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a top-notch hospitality experience.

1.Location (great due to close proximity of Cornelia Metro station metro line A and shops around the accommodation), 2. Staff (helpful and professional), 3. Comfort, safety and cleanliness of the rooms.

Please provide a glass in the rooms.

Exceptionally clean and staff were extremely helpful and polite

Breakfast wasn't great, even something simple like scrambled egg would make a massive difference Location is great for the price but its a little out of city centre

A very nice hotel. The room was cleaned every day. The shower had toiletries, and the room had a fridge with a freezer. There was no kettle or dishes in the room, but the staff promptly provided everything we needed upon our request. Overall, the level of service was beyond praise: responsive, friendly, and ready to help at any time of day. And Sanda is fantastically beautiful!

There was only one EU socket (with grounding) in the room, and the fridge was plugged into it. When I plugged in the kettle, it kept turning on and off. Boiling water for two cups of tea took about 15 minutes
