Generally the room, stay was fine, may be a bit less than the 4 stars that the hotel has. Staff was kind and helpful.

When booking, I was looking for the St. Peters Basilica and Vatican as the location we wanted to be close to. The Booking site said that the hotel was 2,5 km away from there. May be birds' flight! Hotel is far away out of the centre of Rome, transport by metro or comparatively expensive taxi. We had very bad experience on the first day when picking taxi from the street on day 1- it charged us 3x the normal price...So, book somewhere else if you want to walk from the historic centre.

Rooms are very clen and cleaning staff do very good job each day of making beds and cleaning. We went in July when it was very hot, and the rom air conditioning was fantastic. Room wasn't set up correctly when we arrived but reception helped on night one with this and then ensure it was corrected for the remainder of the trip. reception staff were very friendly and helpful to advise and help resolve holiday issues (not hotel related).

Rooms are quite small so difficult to navigate a little with two suitcases. Location to Rome centre is quite distant and metro is 10 minutes walk away.

Average size, but comfortable and clean room, bed and pillows were very comfortable, everything needed was in the room at its place. Friendly staff, maybe dinning room service should be a bit quiet when cleaning tables and bringing plates back to the kitchen. Was noisy. Coffee maker should prepare coffee drinks from ground (bean) coffee not from Nescafe powder - gosh! This is Italy - home of taste and elegance. Reach and tasty breakfast, an extended choice of food. Drink bar and restaurant at hotel. Table reservation in restaurant recommended. Hotel situated in nice area, Sacchett Pinetai park opposite, green and pleasant place with nice view on St. Peter's Dome. Bus stop at the hotel, good coonection to city center. Supermarket 5 mins walk. Very nice place, come back again for sure.

No complaints

Breakfast was on expected level. Even location of hotel is a little far away from city centre, the possibility of use public transports (metro and bus station) those are close to hotel made it easy to reach any place in 30 minutes.

The staff including manager weren't kind (except Paulo who was very helpful and kind. Also thanks to night reception). The furniture in rooms are old and rooms very small. The standart equipments in rooms like bottle of water (hotel privide only first day) or toothbrush were exsist. And when I asked repection for toothbrush they refused to give even they had. Thanks to hoosekeper I could get it.

The room was confortable and clean, nothing special though. A/C worked perfectly and was so nice in the hot weather. Bring your own chrome cast or similar for the TV! The breakfast was nice and they had gluten free snacks which was lovely. Cleaning every day. Free parking behind gates was a huge plus and we were able to drive everywhere in Rome with an electric car! Cheap drinks at the bar in the evening. The sockets in the room were those with 3 holes, check if you need an adapter!

Hot water ran out for a while one day and I think the hotel is near a polize station or something because there was a constant stream of emergency vehicles going past the hotel. If you're a light sleeper you will definitely want a room away from the street, there the noises weren't too bad.

Used this hotel for a 'boys' (aged 48-62) trip to see the 6 nations match and more. Comfortable rooms with nice beds and power showers. Really good central location outside of the main hub with easy access to buses and metro. Staff were excellent all round with the people manning the reception deserving special recognition for their helpfullness and assistance.

The breakfast was good. The location is a bit far from the center, but close to the metro. Two stops to Vatican. We had a car. The staff was extraodinarily helpful. The manager Giuseppe is an excellent example of the ideal attitude towards the guests. It was a great pleasure to meet him. We are grateful to him very much, for smiles, sense of humour and readiness to help and give a worthy advice! The room is very clean. New towels every day!

We liked everything.

Beautiful park nearby, friendly staff, our rooms were clean and we liked that very good breakfast was served - a lot to choose from, fruits, dairy products, cheese, different pastry and many other delicious products and dishes.

Our room was on the 6th floor, which I believe was a sort of a loft room and it wasn’t as beautiful as shown in the photos and in one of the rooms we didn’t use the conditioner because as we switched it on a very unpleasant smell started to come out of it and we just switched it off to avoid the smell. It was very late, we were tired and didn’t even inform the staff about the smell, so we don’t know what they would have done in this case. So we just used the other conditioner that was in the other room. But it means - in the small room it was less comfortable to sleep as it was hotter. In some parts of the room it was visible that it needs some redecoration. But overall it was very good. If we decided to travel to Rome, we would most probably choose the same hotel.

The location is really handy, near by subway and bus station. The breakfast is good for the price paid and the staff was always available and friendly. Also, just in the street behind the hotel there is one pizzeria very good and cheap (go try, you won’t regret).

The room is not soundproof.

Clean comfortable room and bathroom. Wonderful breakfast room downstairs with a vast array of foods on offer. Our dogs were welcome in the hotel too. We would definitely stay there again. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel bar wasn't open hardly. Could have done with being open more and also later in the evening. Would have liked to have had tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
