Very small room for the whole family. Overall good service, good breakfast. Driving to the hotel is difficult because you have to drive along a serpentine road. In July in the mountains +16. The hotel is clean and the coffee is very tasty.

I would recommend changing the fabric softener because the scent in the small room was crazy. I would like something more neutral. There is no kettle in the room.

Amazing location, the food was just perfect . As vegetarian I found it one of the best restaurant i’ve been eating on my vacation. Very nice and clean room, super kind staff, amazing breakfast and lovely dinner. My dog Bucci was super welcome and Ronzo Chienis is gorgeous and extremely chill.

All the green and parks around the hotel is forbidden to dogs, you must drive a little bit to have the chance to give a decent walk to your 4 legged friend.

I booked the hotel as I wanted to drive along Lake Garda on my way back from Croatia. On the approach to the hotel the last 8km were up a very twisty single track road, but keep going you will get there. The view from my room was great and following a good breakfast, included in the very reasonable cost, it was a 10 minute drive to the top of the lake and a fantastic morning driving down the west side. All was good and even the WiFi worked.

Loved the mountain village and the friendly staff plus the tasty breakfast. The gratis fraught mineral water is a bonus.Comfortable beds.

The balcony really needs two chairs rather than 1 broken deckchair. Perhaps popular demand would prefer fluffy towels to thin cotton ones.

Nice comfortable rooms and newly refurbished. Amazing restaurant with local food and home made bread and pasta, and very friendly staff.

The room without balcony had a skylight window rather than a normal one, and an electric heather that made the room a bit stuffy. There was also an issue with hot water the night we stayed over, although the staff tried their best to fix it promptly

Very clean, staff very polite specifically the owner.

Missing few things in the room as an extra garbage bins for plastic and for not recicable items , missing an extra stool or bench for a second luggage, not enough electrical outlets.

Friendly staff. The room and bathroom was spacious, everything was clean. Good breakfast and also nice fresh pasta restaurant in nearby village. It takes about 30min to get to the lake Garda, but the views are beautiful to enjoy. Free parking next to hotel.

The bed was a bit too soft for me, but that is the personal preference:)

The location was beautiful and the breakfast was great. Great value for money. The staff were super, they waited for us even though we arrived after 22:00.

The wifi was great in the breakfast room and the reception but it didn't reach the room.

Very friendly staff. Clean cozy room. Free parking in front of the hotel. Decent breakfast in the morning. 10/10 would come back.

The shower head could use some updates, and so the towels. There were just 3 sockets in our room, and 2 of them were occupied by night stand lamps, so we had to choose between light or phone charger, but nothing terrible. :)
