Everything! Staff very friendly, great food for b’fast and dinner and I had the disposal of a bicycle free of charge. Location perfect to visit many interesting places.

I didn’t mind but there was no aircon in my room. The fan on ceiling did not do a lot.

The hotel was situated in a picturesque location up in the mountains. We loved the restaurant, the food was amazing and very well priced and we ate there each night and also the breakfasts. Staff were so friendly and helpful and gave us great advice in planning our hikes to the nearby mountains and lakes each day.

The staff is very pleasant , we did not make in time to check in to the room.They were waiting for almost an hour, it was already late in the evening. The view is wonderful from the windows and the balcony. Breakfast is very tasty.

one minus - the lack of a refrigerator

We really enjoyed the generously spacious family room. The whole hotel was spotless clean and all personnel we met very kind and helpful. Food: had various delicious meals in their pizzeria and breakfast was generous and tasty as well. We got a great where to go for a short swim and a walk in the forest upon arrival.

There are a few downsides of this hotel: noise from the nearby roads, soft mattresses and the heat in the rooms. Overall we had a really pleasant stay during our trip to Tuscany.

Nice hotel in the middle of the small town. Basic rooms but with all necessary. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast and fabulous pizza restaurant, reasonable priced. We used the stay as one night stop on the way to the south. I can recommend this hotel

I bit noisy from the main road behind the hotel. Lack of aircon, and thus opened windows and noise.

The location and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast and the dinner we had were excellent.

The air conditioning in the room could have been a little colder.

Poor WIFI and need better outlets for charging devices. Not a deal breaker, Austria and Italy use different outlets.
