I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Trento! The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to everything, including a nearby ski resort that the hotel owner recommended—just a short distance away and perfect for a day on the slopes. The hotel rooms were spotless, and the balconies offered breathtaking views of the snow-covered mountains. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional staff, who were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The highlight of the stay was definitely the bar, where we enjoyed great drinks in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Trento! I can't wait to return!

The staff was very welcoming and helpful and provide you no good service From the reception to the housekeeping.

For me it was unfortunate that when I booked. I see that we have a Hayden home inside type. But you need to reservateives which is understandable. But nobody let us know that before. Also which I consider a brick problem. People that arrive without A car can get a normal meal. And it's a problem cause after skiing, you want to eat well. And I'm just saying that. Also, it was lack of information that we can order a dinner in a restaurant Uber the hotel, but there was enough time when we understand that only option is to buy a whole lot of mail which there is a lot of stuff that's suitable for everyone.

Good location and breakfast.

When I booked this accomodation, I booked it because of its spa. Pity that you have to pay 15€ to have access to an hour of spa. This was not specified on the booking page of the hotel. Furthermore the sauna wasn’t even working on that evening but we paid it full price! Allergens are not specified at breakfast which wasn’t great for a lactose intolerant like me.

quality of the premise is awful. No Sound isolation. You can hear the guests in other room while they were speaking. Quality of the floor is bad. Its ceramic and no heating at all. bedsheets are old. Breakfast very bad. Nothing to eat. Not recomended at all
