Room was small but adequate, and the bed was very comfortable, one of the best on our trip. The little balcony we had on the 3rd floor was cute with a view over the city. The bathroom was great and the glass panel through to the bedroom was an interesting touch. Breakfast was very nice with lots of options. Reception staff were very helpful, especially Klea, who helped me set up the Trentino guest card app on my phone.

No kettle in room but not really a problem as reception staff will give you hot water for a cup of tea.

Room was not big, but enough space for sleeping. Breakfast was very good with plently to choose, the kids were very satisfied with the cookies and cakes. The hotel is between 2 roads but during the night was not so loud. Parking spaces available as well as a parking garage. All in all a good hotel to spend the night. The staff was very friendly and they could answer to all our questions.

A bit warm in the room but this is not hotel fault, we didn't start air conditioning because we like to sleep with the window open. Improvement ideea: to have sheets for winter and sheets for summer, we had thick sheets so we had to remove the covers in order to cover during the night :)

The room itself wasn't very big but included an armchair, desk, mini fridge, big wardrobe; the bathroom was spacious and we had big balcony with a sitting area (shared with the next room). Parking was no issue. Breakfast buffet had enough variety for few days and plenty to choose from. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Located not far from the centre, connected to the local motorway.

Very little connections to public transport but it's not the hotel's fault.

Staff were all friendly, made us feel welcome, managed to get space in the parking garage below for our motorcycles so could escape the sunshine while loading and unloading. Town was just a short walk away. Plenty of choice for breakfast

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, possibility to leave bike in the underground parking, comfortable bed, mini refrigerator in the room, flat screen tv, spacious balcony.

About a 15 -20 minute walk to the city centre.

Good hotel, conveniently located by the motorway. Room was average size, comfortable enough. We enjoyed a truly delicious Italian breakfast. The young lad at reception was really helpful as he corrected a mistake made from us during reservation at no extra charge.

Maybe some of the room facilities could do with renewal, our bathroom mixer needed attention.,but overall it was a nice hotel

The super super helpful and friendly girl on the reception. She even order for us delivery pizza from near restaurant! Supercomfy beds! Breakfast is really nice.

The heating in the room is strange. One day was really cold and the other one was really hot and the temeprature was the same on the screen.

Misunderstanding about the WiFi (apparently they missed to explain about a special code so it was terrible).

Convenient for access to high way. The hotel has relatively big parking lot. Provide breakfast for free.

Unfortunately, local road has been closed for construction which made quite tough for access highway.

The hotel itself seems a bit dated but is very comfortable and we were happy. Located right beside the motorway so it's great to start travelling again in the morning.
