The hotel is absolutely amazing. It is situated in the central square of Trento but despite that it is super quiet in the rooms. In general, the rooms are clean, modern and feel newly renovated. We even got lucky and stayed in a room that offered a stunning view over the square. The breakfast buffet had all we could have asked. The food was fresh and home made and it is even possible to have breakfast on a terrace on the street next to the central square. Lastly, the stuff was also super helpful and kind. Overall, for this price the hotel is propably the best one we have ever stayed in.

The location is right on the plaza which was great for us as we only had the one night there and it was a quick walk everywhere. Downside to that is it can be noisy, even with the double-glazed windows shut so take earplugs just in case. The room was fairly basic but clean and had everything we needed. Staff were nice and spoke enough English to answer our questions. The best part was the breakfast included with a delicious range of pastries, pancakes, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, juices and real coffee.

Be mindful that this hotel is in the restricted traffic zone, meaning if you drive here, you'll need to park your car in a carpark nearby, about 10 mins walk away (the hotel gives good instructions on all this when you book and a discount on the parking rate).

We reallly liked this hotel. Excellent location and good breakfast. Very spacious and comfortable room, with a small balcony overlooking the main square. The double glazing meant that any noise from outside did not bother us. Good communication prior to arrival. Friendly staff.

There was nothing that we did not like but worth pointing out that our room was up quite a few stairs with no lift. This was not a problem for us and we were warned beforehand but it might not be managable for some people.

fantastic location overlooking or a few steps from the main square and only 10 minutes walk from train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had to catch a super early train and they were accommodating for an early breakfast. delicious breakfast with good choices.

The hotel is in 2 sections, only a few metres or so apart but separate entrances. Half of our party were in a separate section. There's no immediate parking in the area- didn't bother us as on the train but just FYI.

We've stayed in Hotel Venezia in 2024 and 2025 while in Trento. To us it's been very welcoming, with helpful, friendly staff and comfortable facilities. Fantastic position in old town at Piazza Duomo, but still walkable from train station. Lovely breakfast room with excellent, generous breakfast, plenty of choice, real coffee. Let us leave luggage after checkout, very helpful in other ways. Be aware that you'll hear the life of the Central piazza from some rooms, which we loved but maybe not everyone would.

Breakfast was great. Bathroom was good although the shower stall was a little cramped.

The person who prepared the room put the single bed mattress even with the interior edge of the bed platform. This left the window side of the mattress hanging out 4-5 inches beyond the edge of the bed platform. In the middle of the night on our first or second night I rolled over to the window side of the mattress and was flipped onto the floor with the mattress on its side next to me. On following evenings I moved the mattress to evenly hang over both sides of the bed. I wasn't injured but it wasn't pleasant.

Excellent location, great staff, and very clean and cool room.

There was no way to change the language of the TV to hear programs in the original language, which is usually a simple button on any remote. I needed a blanket in the night and couldn't find one because I didn't - in the dark - realize that a certain wall opened as a cupboard; it would be nice if a blanket or duvet could just be on the bed as otherwise there is only a thin sheet.

Excellent value. Clean, air-conditioned which was great for the heatwave. Blockout shutters helped to sleep to 7am. The breakfast was one of the best we have experienced. For cyclists, there was a secure room for your bikes. Helpful and friendly staff too. We had a view into the square with the fountain.

Glass instead of paper drinking glasses in the room would be better.

The room is spacious and very comfortable. All the furniture is functional and thoughtfully designed. The bathroom and amenities were excellent. Breakfast and the staff service were also outstanding. And all of this in the best possible location! If you're arriving by car, it's possible to temporarily enter the ZTL to check in and check out.
