Location is perfect if you plan to visit center of the town, room is comfortable and has vintage furniture, it is clean and organized well, the breakfast is very reach and pleasant, it is on the last floor and if you early bird you can have it with fabulous view of roof tops from observation point on the tower duplex, upstairs. Coffee bar at the entrance and separate access to the facility.

Didn't like that parking is not organized for free for residents of the hotel, however there was some discount for it. No one like to pay extra for parking if ordered a hotel stay :(

Beautifully appointed bedroom and bathroom, spacious and tastefully furnished. The accommodation is in a beautiful old tower in the centro storico of lovely Trento. Nice view of the city wall from our room. 5 minute walk to the Duomo. 15 mins to the station. Nice breakfast on the top floor. A lift makes access easy. Please note this is more a Bed & Breakfast than an hotel. Staff are not available on site most of the time. We loved our stay.

Coffee shop downstairs had terrible service the day we arrived.

Staff was very friendly and no problem for English speaking. Check in was very easy and quick. Room was very clean and comfortable and great location for touring historic Trento.

Parking is with public garage next door but it was not too expensive with hotel discount and not that far/hard to get to hotel. There was a local tourist/visitor discount pass that hotel can provide if requested (we found this out later).

The property met my expectations. The location is very central. Rooms and facilities are very clean. Staff are very kind and professional. Overall, the stay was very comfortable. In particular, I have to do a modification to my stay and I sent a request to the management of the property which they kindly accepted. I recommend this place and I will surely visit again next time I am in Trento.

Nothing to complain about really.

Fantastic location within old town and close to the Duomo. Our room overlooked a square and old town wall with views from 3 windows to alps and snow! Room was serviced daily with fridge and tea/ coffee. Buffet breakfast available for 8 euros pp- but we did not use. Hosts upgraded our room which was a huge treat. Antique furniture and modern bathroom. Wish we had a longer time in Trento!! Great cafe/ bar on ground floor!

Everything was excellent! Warm managers, provided good information for parking car.

The hotel location is excellent, and the beds are super comfortable! My partner and I loved how we each had our own comforter/blanket, and the view from our third floor room was beautiful. Breakfast had great options, and we loved their coffee machine! Staff were very kind, and the hotel felt secure and safe. Would definitely stay again!

The location was excellent. Almost everything we wanted to see was in walking distance as well as a variety of shops and restaurants. Natalia was especially helpful, telling us about the history of the tower, how it had once been an orphanage, and that now it is held by a foundation. Profits are used to help high-risk youths. Parking fees at the nearby garage is reduced if paid at the hotel. A Trento visitors card is also available. Torrione is a unique place. We were happy to have stayed there.

Our only regret is that Natalia wasn’t there when we first arrived.a a

A true gem. Could not fault a thing. Amazing place guys. Made our 25 year anniversary very special. Very central. Breakfast was superb and bar downstairs closed at 10pm. After that even though we were on main street didn't hear a sound

We loved the CentralTrento location… So easy to find the parking lot and the hotel because of its round shape. We loved the tower - climbing up from breakfast. Everyone was very kind and respectful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable!

Only challenge was breakfast was a bit crowded and one morning. The coffee machine was a problem… Running out of milk, water, etc..
