Went for Christmas, visiting the markets in the area. The hotel is beautiful. Offered to show us another room with the big terrace balcony because that's what we booked. Both are different, very nice. 411 is good for people with a dog. Housekeeping lady from Niagara is so nice, speaks English. The family story is amazing and the founders/family are on site. We don't meet but I could recognize her from the photos in the hotel. Location is great. The bath products are amazing and big towels. Breakfast was very nice, eggs were cool 2 days. Would like to come back in summer/fall! Better value than the other 4 star down the street. Thanks

The parking garage next to the hotel has limited hours 8 to 6 I think. So we opted to go with their recommendations 200 meters around the corner. €10/day. Some staff are not very friendly, don't speak English much. Heating we couldn't figure out, didn't seem to get warm. Forgot to mention that to Mgmt. We didn't mind, dressed warm, and we like it cool at night. Walls are so thick so it's a cooler temp. Bed has a gel topper, didn't help.

The location of the hotel is just behind the city centre. You're just 5-7 minutes walking to the Duomo di Trento and all the main tourist area. The hotel is also really close to the train station (7 minutes walking). The staff is really friendly. A nice lady attended me for the check-in and gave me a map of the city, showing me the main things to see around. The hotel also provided a tourist Trento card that offers some discounts in some museums and other tourist attractions. I arrived before the check-in time. My room was not ready yet, but the hotel allowed me to leave my suitcase in the deposit. So, I could start walking around the city since my arrival without the burden of my suitcase. Despite of being an individual room, it was really spacious. The room was clean and modern. It also has a small balcony (with a table and a chair), facing the main street. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy it for the winter season. The bathroom was big, super clean and modern. The shower offers a really pleasant and relaxing experience after a long day. The facilities of the hotel seem to have been renovated not many years ago, everything looks sparkling and modern. The heating worked well, keeping the room at a really nice temperature. The room included a small electric kettle to prepare some tea or instant coffee. This hotel is highly recommended.

Nothing relevant to say here. Maybe just to mention that the room includes a TV.. But the TV doesn't offer the option to connect your Bluetooth earphones. This would allow people to watch the TV at a late time without bothering neighbours. I'm not sure if people could hear noise from other rooms. I think that I could hear some voices from the other room in the bathroom (not sure if it was through the ventilation pipelines or the walls were thinner there).

Pleasant middle-class hotel between station (seven minutes walk) and old town, close to everything. Fresh, clean, professionally run. Excellent, all-day bar and bistrot with good and reasonably-priced snacks if you don't want a full meal. (There are restaurants nearby if you do). And, rare nowadays, there is a separate lounge where you can read on a rainy day. The breakfast is fine, from fresh fruit and savoury items to a cake buffet(!) Something for everyone.

Room, and in particular bathroom, was a little small.

As an American, this hotel for the price was so far ahead of a typical hotel in my country. Very pleasant and in an interesting part of town. Very stylish design in the rooms with interesting scattered antiques around the public areas. The name actually put me off at first but I was very pleased.

The family members in another room had a little issue with a TV in an adjacent room but mine was completely quiet. Trento is a really lovely city and region.

renovation work inside hotel make some noise, in one day the hot water inside shower suddenly stopped during my shower, the cleaning room girl didn’t change our pillow sheets in 6 days and she didn’t put every day missing suger ,tea bag , coffee, roll tissue for bathroom, English language not common in the reception staff and restaurant staff.

Great location very close to historic centre. Lots of places to eat within short walk. Excellent room and shower too - recently refurbished.

Breakfast satisfactory. I got to breakfast at 9am on a Sunday. I felt the staff weren’t keeping up with the rate of consumption - hence the breakfast buffet wasn’t quite what it should have been nor all the crockery was out etc. A piece of metal from the shower

Great location, short walk from the train station and city center. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. We booked a very spacious room with a great view. Very clean room with all the commodities needed. The breakfast buffet had an abundant choice. Highly recommend this family owned hotel. They obviously take great pride in the service they offer. We will be back.

Location was very convenient. Also, the room was nice, clean, with modern bathroom and lots of natural light. Staff were very friendly and helpful. And the coffee (in my case cappuccino) was fantastic!

It is a minor thing: I would have preferred thick curtains instead of the rolling shades to keep the room darker at night.

Great location and easy parking nearby. Hotel was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was good. This hotel met our expectations and I would recommend staying here.

There was not anything that I did not like. The breakfast was typical for being in Europe, so don't expect an "American" breakfast. The coffee was good and that's what really matters.

I loved everything about this hotel. The room was lovely, very nicely decorated, with a very comfy bed, a nice bathroom, a minibar and also with great A/C. Everything was very clean and the view was lovely. The breakfast was also great, with something for every taste. The staff was very nice and helpful when needed. The hotel has a great location ( 5 minutes on foot to the station, the centre and the castle. I would return anytime.
