Perfect location in down town. Very spacious room. Bathroom was big, clean, and nice. Bed was very comfortable. Big refrigerator.

Kitchenware was not full, not new, some parts missing, though it was possible to cook. Still little strange to climb stairs to the bed with sleeping area. The whole environment is quite standard, can not say the apartment was very cozy. I also miss shoe spoon. When ordering it was not clear that the apartment is in the other street rather than hotel. Nevertheless, was 5 min. walk.

Very cozy apartment, with heating and everything you need. There is also a small elevator in the building. Location is excellent, very close to the train station and to the main city square. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, and a supermarket just few steps away, very convenient!

Only minor things: while it was fairly quiet and I couldn't hear noises coming from the street, sometimes I could hear noises from the other rooms. Also, I didn't expect I would have to climb stairs to get to the bed. It's not really a problem, but after so much walking, it was a bit uncomfortable to have to go up and down stairs to reach the bed.

The flat is well located and close to the centre. I liked how spacious they are and the privacy they have. I will definitely go again when I return to Trento.

The only thing I would criticize is that in the kitchen some pots and pans were not suitable for the grill because they were not made of the right material.

America appts was superbly located right on the edge of the old town and the check in at the adjacent sister hotel was friendly and easy. The appt was extremely spacious and practical although fractionally bare and basic, but warm and with a very comfortable bed. The hotel was extremely helpful in suggesting restaurants to book on 25 Dec and their choices were excellent.

Spacious apartment in a great location. Very close to the train station and the old part of the city. Just around the corner from the castle. We really appreciated having a well-stocked supermarket just along the road, which meant we cooked a lot of our own meals. The windows sealed very well and effectively blocked all sound from the street below at night.

The apartment was spotless, spacious and well equipped.The bed was super comfortable. The location in the old town meant everything we wanted to see was just outside the door. Restaurants, bars, and coffee are literally at the door. The supermarket is less than 100m. Easy walk from the station even with big bags. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Great location, straight onto the main shopping streets but without hearing any noise. Well equipped room with kitchen. Spacious.

Reception is off site in a hotel about 7 mins walk away. Not ideal.

We stayed in Apartment A4 on the first floor- brand new everything - great air conditioning, lovely terrace, very private and quiet even though it is in the middle of a busy city

Great location in the old town near places to eat and shops. Plenty of room with bed in a mezzanine. Good kitchenette.

Complex key system with three locked doors. Sometimes the lift floor button didn’t work, you need to press 0 then your floor number. Plumbing was a little loud.

The location was perfect, just on the edge of the old city of Trento and lots of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance.

No balcony in the apartment.
