I really enjoyed my stay at Hi Hotels Trento. The location is excellent – central and close to everything. The hotel has a modern and elegant design, the rooms are clean, and the food was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

However, a few things could be improved: • There’s no clear information that parking costs €12 per night. • During breakfast, the staff sometimes created congestion while restocking food and moving around the guests. • Room cleaning service took quite a long time. Despite these small issues, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.

Location was great! Simple walk. Parking (included!) On site and under ground- which was great for us because there was a small hail storm while we were there. Pool is indoor and there is one indoor hot tub and 2 outdoors. The outdoor lounge area was very crowded when we were there, but after swimming, we went up to our room which had a jacuzzi of it's own and got to enjoy that and our terrace privately. We did not partake in the breakfast as we preferred exploring the town and the cafes. Staff were excellent. Bed was comfortable. Two pillows per person were provided. Bathroom smaller but perfectly adequate. I would stay there again!

To borrow an umbrella was 2 euros. Such a small critique.

The location is very good, beside the castle and on the edge of town only less than 10 minutes walk to the main square, the breakfast was very good with a large selection available, parking was easy in the hotel with large spaces,our room was fabulous, I had booked a superior double but we were upgraded to a suite with jacuzzi which made our stay even better, the views from the balcony were fabulous, the staff from check in to night porter and breakfast were excellent, they have a good gym and spa is there too,also the hotel offered my wife a free massage on a new type of massage, this place just kept giving

That we didn't stay longer

A very comfortable and modern hotel set very close to the centre of the old town. The room was very spacious, clean, and modern. Our room had access to a shared sun terrace overlooking the outdoor spa area. Breakfast was very nice with a good level of options available.

The TV in the room wouldn't work unless you shared it with an android device. Not a huge issue, but it's annoying all the same. Access to the spa was an optional extra at 22€/ person per day. Again, it was not an issue as we went to explore the old town, but it would have e been nice if all guests could have accessed it for free, or at least a discounted price. Tbh, the spa area was relatively small, so I can maybe see why it was limited to paying clients.

The breakfast buffet was great, and the staff were all really friendly. We also absolutely loved the spa facilities, although you had to pay more for the day pass, and then more again for a spa treatment (massage etc).

It is a very expensive place to stay and we didn't think it was worth the amount we paid. It was still lovely. Also, this wasn't the hotels fault but there was unfortunately a lot of construction work happening during our stay (and while they did lower the price of the day spa) it was a little annoying. Not their fault though!

This was the second year we stayed at the hotel and everything was as good as our previous stay in 2023. Hi hotel is a perfect choice for us on our journey to Venice …just off the motorway and easy to find via the sat nav. The area of Trento around the hotel is picturesque….the castle, mountains etc. Both rooms were excellent with very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms with towels and toiletries.The younger members of the family thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the spa. We had recommended the hotel to our friends who were also travelling to Venice and they were also very pleased. An excellent breakfast with plenty of choice of hot and cold food was enjoyed by adults and children.

No negatives at all. All very positive.

Very well located hotel with astonishing views of Trento city from the terrace with jacuzzi bath. The hotel has a spa and the gym. Nicely decorated outside. Well equipped room. Quite comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Tasty breakfast with a good set of sweets and bakery. All places of interest in the city are within walking distance. What's good for Italy is that the hotel is in a quiet place, so no rush from the transportation.

There is no possibility to control air conditioning or at least turn it off. We were freezing in the room. Also missing the user manual from the hot tube bath, I was searching the internet for it. During hot summer days it would be nice to have a pergola over the terrace. This will limit the amount of heat got by water in the bath. The water inside the bath was quite hot when we arrived.

The whole experience was great, superb facilities and well managed good breakfast selection and plenty of it . Used the facilities and found them well maintained and value for money. Location was fine just a short walk to the town.

A group of American students took over the infinity pool and spa for a whole evening, boozing in the pools and very noisy well beyond the 22.00 hrs curfew. They were also a menace in the breakfast area being as they are noisy loud and full of themselves

Everything you would want for a city break clean and friendly

I was very disappointed given how much my room cost to find there was an extra daily charge to use the swimming pool. I had chosen the hotel because it had a pool.

Everything was great: the city location and at the same time quiet, the staff was top class! Very polite and professional. The breakfast hostess were the best I have ever met. The buffé was in excellent shape and filled with everything you want. The room spacious and comfortable beds. The Spa cosy , clean and with great varieties of saunas and pools.
