I truly enjoyed my staying at this apartments!I am glad that I was allowed to leave my luggage when I arrived to the city.I had a lovely cosy room called Poesia and truly enjoyed my staying!I am glad there was a ventilation system which helped to survive such high degrees!The breakfast was quite delicious!

The communication with the staff was simple - the lady waited for me at the agreed time. The location is central but quiet. The common rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped. The room itself is fully ok for one night. I would just appreciate if the breakfast starts earlier.

Excellent location. The room was big, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price. The shared bathroom was very big and clean.

sorry but there was too hot the day we visited Trento and the room did not have air conditioning. Also, the balcony door had no screen or shutter. As a result we could not leave the window open at night and there was quite a bit of heat in the room. The fan didn't help unfortunately.

Being trusted in a lovely space and having a living area and balcony access. Loved the big bathroom.

Having agreed what time I would arrive it was a little disappointing to have to ring a number of times and wait nearly half an hour to speak to anyone after a 9 hour day or travelling.

The bathroom is huge, clean and amazing!!! The breakfast was also good with a huge variety of sweets. I personally prefer salty options. However, except boiled eggs, there was nothing else. The location is also fine, a walking distance from the main sights.

The host and the staff were very friendly, the checkin was flexible and very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the accomodation very comfortable.

The room was very small, but as single traveller absolutely enough and equipped with a ventilator.

breakfast was all sweet, sugar, bread, gluten, except for the boiled eggs. But good value. Noise comes through the walls, pillow was a little hard

It was so clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly. They had added all these little details such as shaping the towels and little sweets. The breakfast has a lot of options and I got to take a snack for travelling. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend.

There is complete amenities in this hostel. However, when I arrived (which was an hour earlier the check in), there was nobody answering the doorbell but the owner was very kind to remotely open the door for me and let me in and showed me through the facilities.

The room heater only functioned one night during my stay. I was not guided through on how to activate it or was it just timed or has specific hours of working.

The communication with the host was simple and clear. The location is excellent, my room was exactly as in the description. The breakfast was much better than expected with many choices and great coffee. The bathroom is extremely spacious.
