The breakfast was varied and abundant. Everything regarding that meal is of a high quality with the exceptions mentioned below. The melon and the water melon are very tasty and sweet. The room was very peaceful and comfortable, especially the bed and the table desk. Unfortunately the latter's light is not adequate for reading as it's attached to the wall far from the table front edge. As far as quietness is concerned, I hardly heard any noise while in the bedroom during my stay at the hotel. The ladies working at the restaurant at breakfast time are very efficient and professional, especially Brenda, who is besides very kind, helpful and friendly. Most of the staff working at the front desk is also kind and helpful.

The orange juice doesn't taste good. There are no dried fruits, such as plumps and dates, among the food offered for breakfast. Some of the room maids are a nuisance. One took away the cup for tea which I had been provided with and didn't replace it. That made me waste a lot of time trying to get another cup since nobody at the reception and at the restaurant seemed to understand the problem or how to solve it. I had to go twice personally to ask for the cup since the. telephone in the bedroom didn't work. A bit of a professional training should be of the essence for those maids. Besides, the waiters' chef at the restaurant was rather unpleasant.

Close to both the train station and the historical centre. Beautiful hotel with large rooms and high quality decor. Really good breakfast with juice station, waffle maker and everything you might want. We even received a free room upgrade which was great since it was the last night of our holiday which ended on a high.

The staff was not very friendly. I asked an hour later checkout but was firmly told we have to be out and can use the gym if needed to change clothes. This is probably acceptable but it was delivered in the same cold way in which we were engaged with during the stay. It may be a culture difference and I still give this place a solid 10/10

The breakfast had a variety of food and beverages. The sitting area had many tables. We had a room with twin beds, which had a suitcase rack a the end. The location was near a park, and quiet with a front facing room. Bathroom was spacious. The bar area had several tables in the big room that was comfortable for meeting with friends to chat, play games. Upon request, you can get the city card by asking at the front desk.

The electricity in the room required a room key to be left in the slot near the door. Only the hotel key worked for this. We had 2 keys, so we left 1 in the slot while we left because the room was 26 celsius. The air conditioning never got colder than 23.5 celsius even with the air conditioning beginning constant and the desired temperature being lower. The hotel had limit accommodation for a road bike that we brought with us. The parking lot always had room for our vehicle. There were many empty spaces. Fitting the car in a parking spot was challenging because of the support poles close to the parking spot.

What an impressive hotel! It is in a really nice modern building and the lobby and bar are really smart and well decorated. The hotel is 2 minutes walk from Trento train station and is not far at all from the old town and the cable car upto the mountain for a great city view. The staff were all very helpful and professional, and my room was a very good size, clean, well decorated and with a good sized shower room. The bed was very comfy and the room was very quiet. Breakfast was in a nice large space with plenty of nice fresh food on offer, including hot food. Also the hotel was great value for money. I would certainly highly recommend this hotel for city visitors.

I thought it a bit mean that no complimentary water was offered in the room which is standard in most hotels I have visited even much cheaper ones. Also the shower room was a good size but the shower cubical was tiny! I could hardly turn in it and the sliding doors were badly fitted and shut badly. Fittings also hadn't been put in very well (eg the toilet seat would not stay up).

We booked late at night, and the room had everything - bath amenities and toiletries, the bed for the third person was already prepared, and the room was warm. Sometimes it’s a problem in Italian hotels, when the room isn’t being heated due to know customers. Perfectly clean. Breakfast has a lot of cold options, quality food. Particularly liked the waffle maker.

Hot breakfast could have been better, only 3 hot option of food - self boil eggs, omelette and bacon.

First and foremost, the staff were uniformly pleasant, professional, and helpful. From check-in, to recommending restaurants (and even calling to reserve a table), to advice on the hiking in the area, they went above and beyond to help us with any request. The location is also excellent. We were able to walk to all the local historical and cultural points of interest (Duomo, Castle Buon Consiglio) and restaurants. My wife thought the room was bit dated, but everything worked, it was comfortable, and the room was what I expected in an old-world hotel (and I mean that as a compliment). The variety and quantity of breakfast items was also more than ample.

The breakfast was a mixed bag. While more than ample in terms of quantity and variety, several of the items were just not that good. The coffee - from a self-serve machine - was an especially weak point, as were the scrambled eggs, and some of the fruit appeared to be from a can.

Comfy and stylish hotel in perfect location - walking distance to city center, historical attractions, nature. Few steps away from railway and bus station. The staff is friendly and caring. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast could include more fresh fruits and vegetarian food but overall it was ok. We enjoyed the stay a lot and will be back there.

Location was very good, staff were friendly and helpful and good selection at breakfast. Old world charm clean and spacious room. We received free room upgrade on arrival which was very appreciated.

Big comfortable bed let down by rock hard pillows, breakfast can be chaotic when large groups are catered for. Old world charm needs some updating and overly complicated bedside lighting and air con controls needs simplification.

At the bar, before dinner, we were extremely well looked after by the barman. He was very friendly and welcoming. Brought our drinks swiftly along with some delicious snacks

The restaurant food was not up the star rating of the hotel. I admit arctic char has to be frozen, however, the potato rosti were out of a pack in the freezer and the chilli seasoned broccoli was limp and over cooked! Not at all what you expect from a hotel like this.

All very good in the breakfast room. Food very tasty. Good start to our day.

We had dinner our last night. My husband ordered the braised ham shank. The menu said no boneless shank but he had 2 huge bones. It was undercooked and tough. He commented to the waiter but….. My lobster linguini had very little lobster and was not very flavorful. The strudel was very good.
