Max and Marcella were the most wonderful hosts. So friendly and welcoming. A delight to be with.. The locals use it as a base to have a drink and a laugh. The result is a lovely atmosphere, friendly, warm and something to look forward to.
There were no negatives.

Perfect location very close to Folgaria and the slopes on Fondo Grande, Fondo Piccolo and Costa. Free ski bus every day to the slopes, the stop was at the front of the hotel. Free parking around to the hotel. Very friendly stuff and dogs too, the breakfast was perfect. Тhe room was cleaned daily and had a balcony facing the mountains with a great view. Highly recommend regardless of the season. The vacation was worth the money from anywhere. A very nice stay!

Very comfortable and charming small hotel operated by family. Close to ski lift in Fondo Grande (3 minutes drive by car, skibus stop is also very close). Rich breakfast gets the energy for full-day skiing.

Very close to slopes and ski bus, very quiet area .Very clean and the owners were friendly.
Only 1 restaurant within walking distance of the hotel, a pizzeria or small restaurant would be a great boost for the evenings, especially if you dont want to drive .Bar in the hotel closed at 8.30 PM.

Staff were so helpful and absolutely lovely. Breakfast good, bed big and comfy, nice clean towels etc. great great shower for after skiing. We really enjoyed our sty here.

Breakfast was home and express-made. Lots of excellent home-made cakes (torta's). The attendant Genevra was very helpful and kind.
I got sick during my staying there but that was MY problem ;-(((
