We received excelent room with open and beautiful view to the mountain and Trento city. |Room was very spacios and very clean with everything you need. Beds was confortable and clean bed linen. |For spa area a lot of posibilities but pool is the best

We had a mechanical problem with the car which caused the stay to be extended for another day compared to what we had booked. We asked the reception to help us with an adequate price but unfortunately we were not helped. The price for one night was the same as the price for two days previously booked. I think a more favorable solution could have been found but receptionist said the she can not do it because is not the owner.

The stay was perfect, with a great location and view. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel has a lot of facilities, especially for the kids: pool, play room with ping pong and other games, a tenis court. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of choices and there was also the possibility to have dinner. We had the appartment which was very big and enough for 4 adults and 2 kids. Also, a lot of parking spots were available and we didn't encounter any issues as we travelled with 2 cars. We liked it so much that we decided to extend our trip with another day.

We had amazing family time at this hotel! The view from our room was mesmerising !!!! The room was big and plenty of space for 2+2 ! At breakfast we had big variations of food and restaurant served delicious food! Very cheap drinks at the bar . Spa, saunas and swimming pool plus additional rooms to chill and relax were perfect after whole day of skiing.Friendly stuff. Hotel have great location with ski lift close by. Definitely we going to recommend this place to others!

Lady at the reception was friendly and tried to help as best as she could but not the best English speaker so we had to double check with someone else from the stuff.

Friendly staff, Nice spa and pool facilities, great views over the mountains. Great suggestions from the staff to visit nice things to see and to do. Clean room and facilities.

It is somewhat remote from other places but has many facilities and a daily changing menu in the restaurant to compensate. Other restaurants and a bar is available a little bit downhill towards Sopramonte. One night we had a noisy family with children in the room next to us and we could hear them quite well. That was managed quite well by the staff.

Stunning scenic location, lovely staff and facilities including excellent underground car parking and a beautiful pool. Fantastic staff who were all so helpful. We had a small toddler and he loved his stay. We visited Lake Garda several times, as well as Lake Molveno in the Brenta Dolomites and also the Dolomites east of Bolzano. Trento itself is also a beautiful city. We’ll definitely be back!!! Grazie

Absolutely nothing negative to say!

A perfect stay to relax. The breakfast was fantastic, The pool and the jacuzzi were the highlight of our stay apart from the breath taking views from the hotel. Parking was perfect there is a big garage where you can park your car safely. The only downside to this stay was that there are no restaurants in the vicinity but otherwise we had a dream holiday. It is also a good location to visit Bolzano, Merano, Trento and Trentino and the Tonale pass.

Amazing location with breathtaking views that truly captivate. The ski slope is just a short walk from the hotel, making access effortless. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with an incredibly friendly staff. We like to return there!

Property is in a very scenic and beautiful location. It’s well maintained and the staff are all very pleasant and helpful.

Lack of a decent bus schedule to enable you to visit the town of Trento. Buses we’re just not frequent enough

Amazing views. Had great time. Quiet room. Very family oriented. Amazing, kind and attentive staff. Plenty of things to see and do. Great saunas and nice pool with outside swim out area. Tennis, ping pong are for free. Bike rentals free. Loved it. We’ll be back to experience a different season

The room was lovely: we had a wonderful 2 story room with a balcony and a view of the mountains. The breakfast was wonderful. The pool was great with a great view of the mountains.

The only downside of this hotel is that it is located in a bit of a remote area, high up in a mountain. However if you are looking for beautiful vistas and a nice calm stay, I would recommend it.
