Considering the quality/price ratio, I can't complain about anything. The hotel meets all 4* standards, spacious reception, well stocked bar, helpful staff. Dinner was plentiful and there were many fresh vegetables and fruits to choose from. The wellness area consists of an interconnected swimming pool with several spas in the sense of a whirlpool. Good for relaxing after a long day, but not for entertaining all day. The surroundings of the hotel and the view of the mountains was fantastic. Parkování bylo možné ve hlídané garáži.

I can't complain about anything.

Fabulous facilities, food was wonderful, amazing value for money and the staff were really helpful, every request was met with a smile. The scenery was incredible and the location was just stunning. I would highly recommend we loved our stay and will return when next in the area.

Lovely little place to spend the night on a road trip, didn’t make use of facilities due to time but the room was lovely and breakfast was great. Having a lift is really helpful as well as underground secure parking.

It was raining the day we stayed and the 30 hairpins up the mountain was a challenge in the dark.

Very clean, nice outdoor areas and spa areas. We stayed in a family room and appreciated the sliding door to divide the room.

We used the spa facilities and had to pay for the the towels.

the receptionist spoke perfect English and was very helpful and arranged food for us in the kitchen even after dinner (we arrived at 9pm). the hotel was clean, nicely equipped, comfortable. breakfast was good, a selection of everything you would expect. sweet, salty, fruit, ...

Kindness of the staff, they do all to make clients happy, very efficent, nice premises and spa. Thanks in particular to Gabriella!

Everything was excellent. The staff was very polite and respectful. Despite our late arrival at 11:45 pm, well past the 11:00 pm check-in time listed on Booking.com, the reception was very kind and waited for us. Food was amazing and the view was spectacular.

The staff where extremely kind and helpful especially the guy in the reception,the lady who was coordinating the dinning seats and meal operation and one waitress(my apologies for not remembering their names) but great customer service in general!

The staff was great, very nice location, had activities for the kiddos and beautiful views.

The bed! It was so hard! And the pillows sucked!

This lovely hotel exceeded all our dreams and after seeing everything we booked more nights to stay! Kind staff, lovely spacious room and great spa with all you could wish for. Location is 10/10 for hikes around the area and bikerental is right next to the hotel. The restaurant at the hotel serves great food, highly recommend! The breakfast was wonderfull too. We will definetly return!
