We have already stayed here several times. The price-performance ratio is very good. The apartments were clean and equipped with basic furnishings and facilities, everything was working fine this time. In our opinion, the house has one of the largest hotel pools in Riva and the green territory around the pool is nice. The house is located not far from the beach but has somewhat quieter location, surrounded partly with gardens. There is an underground bike parking with elevator, so one has good feeling about the safety leaving a bike in this area.

The overall maintenance and renovation level is very lousy and low. Soundproofing could be better. There are no basic kitchen equipment for short or first night stay. When the apartment house is full, there are shortages of parking places, if one manages to come somewhat late.

Localistation, pool

The apartments are spacious and bright. Everything was perfectly clean, fresh crisp bedding and scented towels. Clean bath room. The renovation is old, but thanks to the cleanliness, the stay was super comfortable, thank you very much

Residence Monica was clean, comfortable and a really good size. We arrived early and they were excellent at accommodating us which we really appreciated. Lovely quiet area close to the Lake and within walking distance to Riva.

There were no cleaning products including washing up liquid, tea towels or cloths. No soap or shampoo was provided either.

We stayed in apartment number 25, 2nd floor - but there’s a lift working really well. The view is on an amazing mountain plus swimming pool in the garden and vineyards in the backgrounds. Spectacular one, I need to add. The apartment itself is very clean and well-equipped. There are two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchenette as well as a bathroom. Beds are comfortable with white fresh linen. We travel with our 2 yo son and we got a baby bed (out of charge) what was amazing. In the kitchen you can find everything to cook a quick lunch - pans and frying pan as well. There’s also a kettle and a microwave to heat the dish. The balcony is quite specious and can accommodate 4 people easily. It’s very close to the shops and a Coop supermarket - about 6 mins walk and about 10 mins walk to Lake Garda. I would also like to add that Elena - who checked us in - has been very helpful thought all our stay, it’s been easy to communicate with her through WhatsApp, she explained everything to us so that our stay was peaceful and restful. Hope to get back here in the future. 😌

Clean facilities, big clean swimming pool, huge garden even with little playground for kids, comfy beds. The location is perfect - away from the city rush, bit still close to everything in a walking distance.

the pool was a great asset, but if you want the sunbed, you need to "claim" it before 1030.... Otherwise great apartment size, balcony,.... nice comfort if you are staying longer.

there was no AC in the room, there are ceiling fans, but when the temperatures hit 35 during the day and don't go below 24 at night, it is rather warm.

A good place for a family vacation. Great location - very close to beaches, cafes, old town. Spacious room, large pool in the yard.

Uncomfortable beds. There is no air conditioner. There is only one air fan in the room, it is not possible to share other rooms for all family members. The floor covering in the living room is broken and needs to be repaired. Children are not allowed to jump in the pool. It takes all the fun out of it.

Clean pool, lifeguard, quiet location with views to olive groves and hills, easy to walk to shops and lake. Friendly staff.

Fully furnished apartments. Fantastic pool and sports facilities, still in walking distance of the beach and city.

Furniture and floors could use some renovations. Apparently the hotel will be closed for renovations during autumn 2022 by the new owners for that purpose.
