The room itself is nice and spacious, I liked interior and exterior of the hotel, it has private parking, it is close to the lake and all the shops and restaurants, the variety/nice breakfast, water beds in spa, all cute little spa. The staff is always smiling and is ready to fulfill your wishes.

It is too hot for good sleep (not sure if the air itself or the covers are so hot). Sauna area (including peaceful, relaxing area) are not quiet at all (it is opened, so you can hear everything from the pool downstairs).

Breakfast was exceptional variety of products including cakes Prosecco cheese and chocolate fondue on Sunday . Spa pool and steam rooms . Outside pool . Electric bike hire at hotel and wine tasting on Thursday in the garden .

Nothing best place for a nice romantic time

Really friendly employees, motivated to make you a good time! Amazing breakfast, great pool area and natural garden to relax in the sun, but also get some shade from the trees. lovely!

Quite some differences between the rooms, some are really old fashioned and barely international 4* standard, others fresh renovated and great!

Comfortable and calm environment, with a wonderful pool and sauna.

The hotel oozes luxury, everything is tidy, shiny and tasteful. The staff are very helpful and nice. Rooms are nice and clean and the spa is just the perfect thing to relax after a long ride, with indoor whirlpools, regular pool, outdoor pool and the saunas. Even has a kneipp pathway with aromatherapy oils sprayed in the air. Magical. The breakfast was astounding also, everything you could possibly want was an option. They also provided a garage for our motorcycle.

The dinner. For two people you are going to spend close to 150€ on the dinner, which should for that amount of money be a to die for gourmet experience, but in reality it was just a little dressed up caffeteria meal. You are better off going for dinner outside of the hotel. Also (this has nothing to do with the hotel itself), the clientele is mostly elderly couples? It gives kinda retiree home vibes.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent too. Breakfast - great freshly cooked eggs (probably the best I’ve had for a long time).

We were booked in an economy room - which was absolutely and well appointed. There were three things I felt could be better - the bathroom was a good size but the shower cubicle seemed to be smaller than the wash basin. It was a shame because the water pressure was exceptional. The bed was a little hard and lacked any softness like a mattress topper. My final niggle was being placed on what felt like the naughty step for dinner. It would have been kinder to let us eat in the bar and not the naughty step (outside the restaurant) especially as no explanation was given.

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool and sauna were great — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast was super delicious with a wide variety of choices. The room was clean, cozy, and the bed very comfortable. Also, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The room was not well soundproofed — we could hear people talking in the hallway.

Staff is great and very welcoming. Room was always clean. Happy faces greeted us to breakfast. Location is great for visiting the city and not too close for noise to disturb us during sleep, just perfect. Pool and spa are great and clean with lots of variety. Everything was really perfect. We will come back for sure, to experience more.

Perfect hotel! Location is great, 10 min by foot to the beach. The pool area is really nice with a lots of sunbeds and a bar. The pool itself is really large and clean. Breakfast was perfect. Large variety of dishes. Staff is outstanding - very nice and helpful.

The dinner options were very limited.

The property is beautifully located. The breakfast spread is really nice. They have an amazing Spa and two very nice indoor and outdoor pools with jacuzzi. The staff is very helpful and always helping with a smile. They have little gestures that make you feel extra special, like the note at the breakfast table and the packet of cookies to say bye before leaving. All in all we had an amazing experience.

Maybe the dogs could be allowed in the dining areas on leash and not the mandatory boxes or carriers. Since dogs are welcome at the hotel :)
