Family appointment was a great size, comfortable, clean and excellent facilities. The bar/restaurants downstairs had lots of different options, all of which were fantastic (the steak was one of the best we ever had). Location was superb for short or long stays. Right in the centre of the old town and a stone's throw from the beach. Staff were great and very welcoming. I read in the comments about noise. Selarno is a very popular and fun place. Locals and tourists were dining and enjoying the restaurant below but by 12 it was very respectful. The noise was part of the atmosphere that made this stay for us, and the music from the rock bar absolutely slapped.

Honestly can't think of anything to add here.

Good location, minutes walking distance from the city center, port from where boats depart and excursions to nearby towns such as Amarfi and Positano. Meters from restaurants with great offers on their menus and deliciously prepared meals. Polite and friendly staff. I personally dined several times in the restaurant under the hotel "Ristorante del Centro Storico", trusting the recommendations of the waiters and always getting the delicious food I was longing for.

Room was nice and clean. Bigger than expected. Perfect view from small balcony. AC working well. Perfect location, cannot imagine better place to stay in Salermo, few steps from beach, directly in downtown, many places opened to 2AM and longer for enjoying days off. Good breakfast from sausages & bacon, american potatoes, hams, cheese, yoghurt, croissants, juice and coffee per any choice...

Would recommend add small kettle to room.

Loved the location. Close to historic quarter and within walking distance from train station. My room was comfortable and exceptionally clean. It was large. The shower was great. I loved the area and the view from my balcony over a little square. It was quiet and beautiful. The breakfast was good. The girl on breakfast was lovely. The guys were fine too. I would definitely recommend. It was an apartment building and it felt a bit spooky at first cos you have to negotiate a few different doors to access but actually after this it feels very secure and quite safe and very peaceful.

All good really. The shower area could maybe do with a look at from maintenance as it didn't drain that well.

We decided to stay a night in Salerno before going to the central station and a train to Napoli. We had been a week in the Amalfi coast and it was refreshing with a city with tourists mixing with inhabitants. The hotel has a very good location and the reception is easy to find (located in a restaurant/bar) very close to the room. All personnel was very friendly and helpful. Salerno became a good acquaintance. 👍

Nothing bad to say.

Spacious double room, located in an ideal part of Salerno. There was a fridge and AC in the room which was great for cooling. The staff were extremely helpful and lovely. They even let us check in a couple hours before stated online free of charge. Room service also comes each day to make the bed, give you new towels, toiletries and give a general tidy which was great to come back to after a busy day exploring Amalfi coast.

Limited breakfast options each morning and was the same each day so very repetitive. All the juices and water were warm, bread was stale. But as it was included within the room it was ok.

Fresh morning croissants, location was great just few meters from the Theresa beach and city center, city bus stop near the accomodation, cca 20 min walking to dock - ships to local Amalfi coast villages, friendly staff, room was clean with aircondition, fridge and hairdryer

Easy breakfast just some light yoghurt/cheese/ham (1st day was hot meal but no more ), not all the stuff are speaking English well, the doors to our room must be closed all the day with key ( maintanence is necessary ), shower with no place to store shower gel :)

The staff were all exceptional and very friendly and helpful, the location couldn't of been better for us and the little balcony was nice to relax and have a drink. The 3 restaurants downstairs were all very good and as an Irishman myself I couldn't believe how perfect the Irish pub downstairs was decorated and with all my favourite drinks, I will definitely be coming back with the cavalry for a good week 😀 and spreading the news to everyone about this location

The showers could do with a little upgrade, so as a plumber myself I notice these things instantly I guess

The staff helped us a lot and even gave us advice on wine, like real Italians haha. The location was good. You do have to walk around 20 minutes for the train station, but the guesthouse is very close to the beach and the center of Salerno. The breakfast was really nice, and the room was very spacious.

There was some plaster falling from the ceiling in the bathroom, which made it look less clean. The fridge wasn't really working and had a layer of water laying in it.

Very spacious rooms, comfy beds, clean throughout. Excellent breakfast, just enough to get you going for the day. No language barrier (English) with the very friendly staff. Close to bus stop going to Amalfi.

No wi-fi in the room even after 4 nights. Reception is decent if you have an EU data plan so it wasn't a problem for me.
