Very professional receptionist, and very pleasant. I was passing by to go down south and it was really helpful to be in touch with her, willing to provide good details and set up things right even before my arrival. The hotel is charming and very clean with all the comfort needed. I wish I would stay one more night.

If you come with your own véhiculé, beware the Salsomaggiore ''ZTL'' area. The hotel in itself is great.

Old building, the girl at the reception was very nice, told us where to eat in the city. The room had 2 beds

The renovation is a bit old, but that's to be expected.

We arrived around midnight and it was possible to check in late. Also parking was available by the hotel. Very comfortable and easy check in. The hotel has been renewed and is very unique and authentic

I loved it all. It is Salsomaggiore, waiting for the Terme (baths) to re-open. Dinner should be an option, if possible
