Good location for access to Parma and local area, albeit by car. Great for our needs as we used this as a stopover on a long journey. Very friendly and welcoming hosts and safe enclosed parking. The apartments are very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with full oven and hob for those who wish to self cater. We particularly liked the dinner service organised by the hosts and supplied by a local restaurant. After our long trip, it was an absolute godsend to be able to message our order to the hosts and have it delivered to our door. And the food was delicious. We ate pizzas and calzone, but there were plenty of other choices on the menu. The complex is pet friendly, and from what we saw of the hosts interactions with the cats and dogs on site, they are animal lovers! We would definitely stay here again.

Very minor points. No mosquito screens on the doors and a fairly busy road adjacent to the complex. However, when inside the apartment, the road noise was virtually inaudible.

we loved it. So nice and clean appartments, with all neccesary furniture. We was like at vacation. and location is perfect. They are cleaning and checking for any prolems 24/7. All is roginzed, front door looked, to not have any ineraptions from unknow people. We will be back again, if we are working again in this area.

Our stay at La Corte del Mulino was absolutely wonderful. Magda was an exceptional host and went above and beyond. The property is clean, spacious and very comfortable. The outside space was brilliant, hammock and sitting area lit up in the evening was beautiful. There is a huge amount of care and attention gone into this business and property and it really shows. Don’t hesitate to book!

Super easy check-in & check out with very clear to follow instructions. Simple, but well equipped accommodation. Comfortable bed and extra blankets that were very handy. Lovely courtyard area where we could have dinner. Great parking. Quiet and peaceful.

Incredibly kind, pleasant and helpful guy who explained everything to us in perfect English. I didn’t order breakfast which with hindsight I should have done. You can order dinner using What’s app via the owners from an extensive menu, which I presume comes from local restaurants. It arrived on time at a good price and brought to your apartment by the same guy who introduced us to the property. The apartment is spacious and high spec. Very comfortable and clean. Linen was plentiful. Parking is secure. Dog friendly.

Nothing except to mention that the road on to which the the property fronts is the SS9 and busy so hard to exit in a right hand drive car.

The hotel is located right on the road going from Parma to Milano, so it saved us time while we were on the road. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful, so polite and kind! Also, do not miss out on breakfast, they know how to surprise their guests!

It's a bit noisy in the yard as the property is right on the main road, but if you are just passing by and stop to sleep there for a night, it's excellent

The location was excellent for an overnight stay in the middle of a long journey: easy to find, and close to the A1. The accommodation was truly dog friendly, not just a hotel room where dogs are tolerated. Although an evening meal was not available on site, a take away was available from a nearby restaurant and the owners of the accommodation collected it for us.

Excellent place for one-night stay en route to Milan. Room was virtually soundproof - no noise from busy road 25 m away!! Magda recommended wonderful local Culaterellia in Sanguinaro - delicious cheeses, focaccia and meats.

English speaking personal, a lot of options how to stay in apartments, always available cold beer for mens and some sweets for the ladies at the reception))) water in apartments is available in room (cold,normal and sparkling) Apartments are big and comfortable, 24h parking space and washing machines😀 I totally recommend and I will come back ✌️

Had a whole apartment to ourselves, and there is a nice little courtyard to relax in.

The road in front of the place is a little busy which makes it hard to walk to, but it was surprisingly quiet!
