We stopped overnight on our way from Livorno to Chambery. Very convenient as close to the motorway. Free parking. Friendly staff. Nicely decorated room with a comfortable bed and a big shower room. Good choice for buffet breakfast. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed on the Sunday evening we arrived but we had a good meal in the pizzeria next door. There is also a really good supermarket just up the road with the best range of drinks and fresh produce at excellent prices - so we were able to buy Select Aperativo and Amaro as well as French Calvados and Armagnac! Would definitely stay there again.

The room was spacious, comfortable well arranged and equipped, with a functional, quiet and effective air-conditioning. Bathroom also spacious and very well equipped with all necessities. Breakfast had a decent variety and good quality. Overall a very good value for money at an extremely strategic location near to just about everything. The staff was super friendly, accommodating and very helpful.

I cannot think of something negative, therefore nothing to report.

Very nice reception personnel, very good breakfast. The room was comfortable and well soundproofed from the nearby speedway. Easy to find and ample parking area. Nice entrance lounge and bar.

In my room there was a few things that I had to ask the reception to have fixed: the door lock that got stuck, the shower head leaking and the cleaning around the square sink (not easy to do). But the personnel immediately took action and fixed everything.

I highly recommend this place, the suites are great, and very good value for money, i was there for the concert of Harry Styles so i booked the place just for the location, but i was positively surprised. It offers the just amount of luxury for the price you pay and you feel you got your money’s worth so 10 out of 10 for me and i will visit again.

The AC was noisy and it is not possible to stop it. As I arrived late in the night I did not want to disturb the staff of the hotel. I had to switch off the electricity of the room to be able to sleep

Dog friendly, the staff was wonderful, breakfast was delicious.

The smart tv in the room wasn’t usable as a smart tv because it had no wifi. But there where many tv-programs :)

They have big parking lot, good breakfast, location was perfect for us, just next to the high way.

walls are very thin, some facilities closed still from covid (I.e. steam room), lift often would skip your floor multiple times in a row.
