The quietness, a peaceful rural setting that's only a few minutes drive to the city. The unique design. Ample parking, which is always an issue everywhere else in Parma itself. Excellent variety of items for breakfast, something for everyone, both eating and drinking. You can come and go as you please, sometimes it feels like you have the whole place to yourself, it's that quiet. This was my second stay here, and I look forward to more.

No complaints, if you have an issue and there's nobody around, just call the number and it's sorted.

Quiet, small, private, very good restaurant, very good breakfast. The double rooms are huge, with large bath in the bathroom. Ample parking, it's impossible to get parking in the city, yet only a few minutes from amenities, shopping and eating.

Only one electric socket in the single bedroom was awkward.

Breakfast was varied and good. The location is very quiet. (We were there in November.) The receptionist was very efficient and nice. The posting and reviews mentioned a pizzeria, but it was not operating at all when we were there. It looked pretty empty. Perhaps they are renovating.

The address on the posting is incorrect. It was showing the street number as 70. However, it actually is down the street at number 74. The driveway is lined with trees, which may help you find it.

Room was very clean and comfortable

No proper shower and breakfast was 07:30-09:00 but the girl who was over seeing the layout started to clear the table at 08:30 and we hadn't evening finished eating.it seemed we had eaten to much and couldn't have anymore

Quiet, comfortable, adequate cleaning and breakfast.

Insufficient lighting, only 1 bedside electrical socket, so if you want to charge your phone you have to disconnect the bedside lamp.

Dainty little room for single traveler, breakfast was good and had good variety of cake, cheese, bread and ham. Ofc the coffee machine was convient to use as well!

It's in the middle of the field, really quiet area. It's probably suitable for people who have car or other transportatitons.

Perfect place to break up the long drive south. The hotel was pet friendly and there is plenty of parking space. I had a very comfortable stay. There is also a very good seafood restaurant on the premises.

Very spacious room We booked it last minute to break up our travel and we’re surprised how pretty the building was, beautiful surroundings, big bathtub in the room which our daughter loved.

The tube of the shower could be a little bit longer to fully enjoy the amazing bath facilities
