Classic boutique hotel with all the quaintness, but modern amenities. The breakfast was prepared fresh with croissants, fruit, breads, pastries, etc. Cappuccino was prepared as a normal barrister would at any Italian cafe. You can also order eggs, French toast, pancakes and other breakfast items. The tall sweeping doors open to a quaint terrace with beautiful flowers and cobblestones. The marble floors were gorgeous local marble in the foyer/reception. The rooms were old modern, but very clean and the sheets felt like they had been steam pressed. The bathroom had a shower/toilet and sink but a little small. Where the bathroom was smaller the tv made up for it and looked to be 32”. The host I spoke with Angelica was charming, sweet and helpful. She recommended a wonderful restaurant for dinner and it did not disappoint. This town is where Parmesan cheese originated. You could visit local factories where the made the cheese too.

No pool or jacuzzi

Elegant property with good location. The city center can be reached with a 10 minutes walk through the Parco Ducale. Convenient parking within hotel grounds for 10 euro a day. We were impressed by the employees attentiveness and professionalism.

A bottle of complimentary water on arrival would be a welcomed addition.

The location is perfect. It's nice to have the parking next to the hotel. Design is beautiful, but the best was the stuff. It was helpful, friendly and kind, solution oriented. We were leaving the hotel very early, way before the breakfast, but the stuff anyway prepared the coffee and some snacks.

Probably the furniture in the rooms could be mentioned.

Beautiful small hotel. Spacious room. Great lighting in modern bathroom. 2 comfy chairs to sit on in our room which is important to us. Parking directly in front of hotel. Best breakfast with timed, made to order food options. Across the street from a beautiful park. Very comfortable bed and linens. Wonderful restaurants recommended in the neighborhood.

We didn't have breakfast but it looked lovely. We had drinks on a couple of evenings which were good quality and reasonably priced. We ate at the restaurant next door - Rosa Croce- which was superb.

A bit closer to the town centre would have been good! However, it was only a ten - fifteen minute walk through the Parco Ducale straight into the main centre of Parma.

The hotel was charming with beautiful decor and structural details, very clean and spacious rooms, located next to the city park. Breakfast included omelets and delicious cereals. Parking was available at the hotel entrance.

Traffic on the road was a bit noisy but manageable.

Beautiful old villa in typical italian style. Very convenient to park the car at the location.

The street is quite noisy and rooms facing the street are not recommended. There is a big park between the hotel and the city center. During the day it’s nice to walk through it. During the night it does not feel safe. Better to use the streets.

Great location, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff and parking right outside.

The hotel must have been wonderful in its heyday whereas it's quite outdated now. We still enjoyed our stay!

Old traditional italian house with peculiar decoration, a little art deco but nice. Good location. All the staff and Roberta the manager very nice and friendly and eager to help. Gave us good recommendations to shop and eat.

A very relaxed atmosphere in a beautiful old property. The staff are helpful, warm and responsive. If you have a car, I doubt that you could choose a better place.
