The apartment is right in the center of the town and very close to the Duomo and palazzo de la Pilotta. Communication with Massimo was easy, pleasant and he waited for us at the door to explain the keys, the facilities in the apartment and information about the city. The fridge was well stocked and we had a nice breakfast in the morning and we were also able to leave our bags until later when we left the city. All in all, a very pleasant stay.Thank you Massimo.

Super location in centre of Parma. Parking is at short distance walking. Very friendly and committed owner (thank you Massimo) showing us into our room. Very good bed. Very clean place. Bathroom OK. Breakfast next door in nice coffee place. Common area is full of snacks etc.. Fresh fruit is a nice plus.

Everything was as expected. There is no elevator, and there is an inner courtyard view. The bathroom smells a bit like mould. Nothing too serious, however.

Smallish room but had everything we needed for a night, it is a shared bedroom apartment with common kitchen so get ready for noise if you have the full roommate situation, strange entrance door which took some messages back and forth to work out.

Loud noise out front, it's a main street from normal workday activities is the ideal for vacation wake up.

A fantastic location, ideal for a short stay in Parma. Our host, Massimo, was extremely helpful.

The bar we were given breakfast vouchers for only opened at 10 am on Sunday (though we did have access to coffee, fruut juice and other breakfast goods at the B&B itself).

The host was very friendly and informative about Parma. There were great facilities in the shared kitchen area and the apartment was super central. The check in and out process was smooth and easy.

The room was slightly basic, however it worked as a good base and did what we needed it to.

It was a lovely stay with a great host, the location is fabulous. You are in the center of it all in but it is quite at night. Breakfast bar is provided but also a coffee and pastry at the Bar/Cafe located just outside the door of the complex. It was a wonderful visit. Thank you so much for coming on your bike to find us when we could not get through the traffic as there was a protest in the city on that day and streets where blocked, it was a very nice gesture.

Massimo is very warm, inviting, and shared his knowledge of Parma's attractions. Juices, milk, espresso and an assortment of snacks were available for guests which was greatly appreciated. Location within walking distance of all attractions and train station. I recommend 👌

It was a bit noisy in the morning where guests gather in the common area to have breakfast but our room was closest to the common area so it was to be expected. Just a FYI to future guests, make sure to arrive before 1pm or after 3 30 PM if you want to have something to eat., Practically all restaurants were closed or turned us away when we went looking for lunch but we should have done our research beforehand.

Perfect location. Extremely kind and helpful owner of the property. He even helped me with an issue regarding my trip through Italy. Available fridge with basic food and beverages for the guests.

I didn't get my breakfast, but it was not the fault of the owner of the property, but of the barman of the bar nearby where breakfasts were offered. Instead of giving me my breakfast, he was chatting with friends, cleaning the bar, eating his own breakfast. I was in a hurry to get to the train, so I needed to leave after 20 minutes without even getting my breakfast.

Massimo was a great host. Gave us lots of good information and very friendly! The location was perfect, walkable to many main attractions in Parma. And had a nice, shared space with snacks, refrigerator, etc.

The location could not be better, right opposite the Pillota. Close to every attraction and cheek by jowl with eateries. Room was good, although the mattress was a little too firm for our taste - we are definitely getting soft as we age! The common facilities, a room with a kitchenette and tables, where we were served breakfast,were an especial treat,since there is a kettle and the makings for tea and coffee (the latter including a Nespresso device) with fresh milk in the fridge it means you can make a hot drink at any time. A real bonus improved by the encouragement of the very affable host to take yogurts and such from the fridge. Breakfast was a typical Italian croissant with a hot drink. All in all, an excellent place to stay.
