The room is fine. Not really a view from the window but I don't care. Easy self check in. Clean. The trains ride at the other side of the building so you don't notice them. Breakfast is with individually packed croissants etc, for everything you take you are trusted to pay (a little money). I find this very hospitable.

Parking behind the building? Absent. Parking is on the street, payed. They ask to leave 2€ for taxes, I think that should be included in the price.

Surprisingly quiet for it being so close to train tracks. Great communication with the owner, clear instructions via WhatsApp. Easy access to town and train station. Room had a fridge with free bottle of water, other drinks for a fee, breakfast is there to help yourself in the morning, milk, juices, yogurts in communal fridge to help yourself.

Just to be picky, bathroom could do with stronger fan as it was quite hot in there and no window.

option of a hassle-free, late check-in, close to the train station, basic breakfast available, some beverages and yoghurt available with an additional fee, the room and the bathroom remember better days but they were clean and neat and for this price everything was perfect, I'll stay again if I need to!

all rooms are close to each other and not very well acoustically insulated so I recommend having your own ear-plugs if you are a light sleeper (even though my neighbours were respectful enough you could obviously hear people walking and talking around)

Amazing to find such an economic accomodation so close to Parma city center (10 minutes walking) and super close to the train station (less than 5 minutes walking). Comfortable room and very rich breakfast.

The bathroom was in another room, you have to go through the living room, and the shower was not in its best shape. Zhe street were the B&B is located is probably not the best, you should avoid to go there in the late night and alone. However, this is clearly stated and the price is so convenient.

Comfortable small hotel near the city center. The room has a comfortable bed and the hotel has a good shower. In the morning there was a delicious breakfast. The owner wrote to me in advance and told me how to get to the place, it was very convenient. Nearby there is a hotel with a storage room where you can leave things after check-out while walking around the city.

There is a train station nearby, and there may not be the nicest people around it in the evening, but this is clear from the city map. The proximity to the station itself is only a plus.

It’s very near to the Train station 🚉, which especially nice for travellers 🧳 It’s clean and everyone has their own Bathroom Breakfast is included and the owner did send the informations for the Check in pretty fast. For a short stay in Parma it’s good.

The street itself isn’t that nice and you hear often the trains because it’s obviously near to the train station

We arrived early and phoned the owner- immediately he approved an early check in. Location 600 meters from the train station. Not a pretty road. The entry of the building is run down, but once you reach the 1st level and enter - all is OK. There is a nice dining room and kitchen available for the guests with free drinks, yogurt, bread and snacks. Our room was big, clean and quiet. The AC worked great although it was 32 degrees outside! Our bathroom was private but outside the room (I knew this from reading other reviews - two rooms have bathrooms inside the room, two others outside). Absolute value for money.

Clean and good communication. Easy to access. New Towels provided everyday. Location 15-20 minutes walk from center.

Location not very nice but I should have known as train station areas usually are not very nice

Very quiet at night. Friendly staff although she doesn’t speak english, she is very willing to talk to us when we give her a translator.

No ventilator in Room 3 Ensuite’s toilet. Poor ventilation but still acceptable in April. Air Con is available though.

Super place for a 1-day stay with self-service from the beginning, when you pick up the key to check out. The owner constantly keeps us informed via WhatsApp. Additionally, the location is good and everyone has their own separate room.

I have nothing to complain about.
