Perfect for a one-night stay during our road trip in Italy. It is an old building in a village. Well maintained and renovated on the essential parts as the showers. It doesn't need to do more because it offers basic services at fair prices. The rooms are more than satisfactory in terms of space and facilities, at a very reasonable price. As a family of four, they had the foresight to give us a special spot like an apartment at the end of the corridor, comprised of a small hall, a standard triple room and a very basic one with bunk beds for the kids, one right across from the other, both with a private bathroom and minifridge (dated but functional). It was perfect for us. The wifi was excellent. The parking lot is right next to the entrance. The staff is polite and helpful. Since it was raining, we ordered dinner at the hotel, and it turned out to be an excellent idea as the food was tasty and reasonably priced. The setting was fantastic, with a view of the opposite hills framed by the trees in front of the windows. The soundproofing wasn't the best, but it's reasonable. The air was so fresh that we didn't mind opening the windows even though we could hear the cars from the street. Nineteen minutes' driving distance is a big mall. The hotel is over a bend on the main road, but we missed it as we admired nature.

Breakfast could have had more warm options, but it was not bad.

from the outside the hotel is refurbished and cosy, has nice green area with swimming pool, sauna, laces for rest. many terraces, the receptionists are helpful - be aware that it seems they speak Italian and French only. there is an option to pay for extra breakfast and it's nice (not only sweet things which is rare in Italy).

the rooms and bathrooms are a bit old for this price. air conditioning works, but is not super fast or modern.

Great staff welcomed us on a very wet and stormy day. The hotel could do with a makeover but it is clean, the beds are comfortable and the structure is solid. A fairly basic menu and even had a banana split which brought back some fun memories. Food was good. Friendly atmosphere all around.

It has a pool. That was a nice surprise.

The breakfast is not really fresh. In the morning there was clue from the tree on our car in the parking. We needed to buy some special formula to be able to clean the car.

My wife did not believe that we are in the same hotel that we booked when she walked through the staircase to our room. I even doubted it was a hotel; thought it was some palace converted to a hotel. Upon my curiosity, the staff lady told me that it is a hotel but built 25 years ago. It was Royal. Breakfast: This hotel is about 1200km away from where I live and I can go there again, just for the breakfast ;-) The Best. The staff lady was very friendly, very nice and knows her job well. Room: very royal, being set in a 80s/90s royal settings - brings kinda nostalgia. Very nice, and comfortable. Pool: what more you can ask for on a warm summer day. And then a pool on a small hill :-)

Charming quiet little hotel - beds were very comfortable, shower was amazing and staff were helpful and friendly. We had breakfast in the morning and there were lots of options to choose from.

Nice hotel in a smalle Village. The lounge is very beautifull with many decorative objects. A good wide bed and breakfast. I can recommend. Very priceworthy

the building had such character...the room was very comfortable..the thermos pool was lush..with peaceful spot for sunbathing and reading a book

Very comfortable big lounge with great atmosphere and beautifully furnished. Fantastic restaurant and perfect breakfast. Lovely and attentive staff.
