It's a very nice hotel. The room is clean, good bathroom, has everything you need. I had a good night's sleep. Very nice hotel owner. Very communicative, ready to help with all questions. Waited until I arrived and checked me in even though I arrived from the airport much later.

The owner is very friendly and helpful, and wants to make sure the guest has a pleasant stay, and know what hes doing. It seems to be run by only a few people, which makes it even more of an accomplishment to provide such good service. Even though we arrived late, we were received without any bit of trouble. The room was clean, the bathroom looked good and the breakfast was simple but nice.

It was very clean and the staff were very friendly . David the owner went out of his was to make sure we had a good time for our anniversary. The site was within walking distance from the town and restaurants so we did not need to use the car after we arrived. Great breakfast and the atmosphere was very friendly with all the guests.

The costumer service was the top. We were met by the door by owner and his assistant they kindly offer to help with our suitcase. We felt like celebrities that were greeting upon arrive. Small little cute hotel that even offer breakfast in very reasonable price great catch. If I ever back to Salsomaggiore definitely staying again in this place.

Kindness is the word that better describes this place and the management I felt home in the first moment I walked in Great value for money. I tried many hotels in Salsomaggiore but this really makes a big difference considering what you pay I definitely will be back

The breakfast is good but not very vegetarian / vegan friendly. Plant milks are available though upon request.
